Nous avons en fait décidé de rester dans le condo, qui est au-dessus du condo d'origine., Le condo dans lequel nous avons séjourné était impeccable. Une salle de bains BR et une salle de bains et demi. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner. Le lit et le canapé étaient très confortables. Le balcon extérieur avait aussi de beaux meubles confortables. Captain Jacks nous à quelques pas du Condo, ce qui est certainement une bonne idée. Chaque matin, nous nous levions et allions au quai pour pêcher et crabe. La seule chose que nous avons vraiment aimé laver la vie privée et de cette unité. . C'était très calme et paisible !!! Tyner Beach est à seulement 1, 5 miles. Jimmy Edwards, le propriétaire, est incroyable! Il est tellement gentil et aimable. et laisse ses locataires profiter de leur séjour. En d'autres termes, ne vous dérange pas sauf si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Donc, intimider les pollinisateurs, placez-vous près du paradis, alors c’est un endroit pour, c’est l’endroit pour vous. Jimmy, merci d'avoir répondu si rapidement à nos appels et à nos SMS., Merci de votre gentillesse et de votre jovialité, chaque fois que nous avons appelé pour poser des questions. Vous êtes merveilleux. Nous serons de retour!!!

I loved the boat dock behind the property. I went down in the morning and I felt as if I was somewhere far far away from anywhere. I sat and watched the birds dive for breakfast and just listened to all the sounds in nature.
I have no complaints about my stay. I look forward to visiting again.

I selfishly don’t want to post a review because this place feels like a hidden gem. We loved our stay here. It was perfect for my wife, our toddler, and myself. Surprisingly larger than expected and felt like I could have had a couple more people with us and still been comfortable.
The dock and screened in back patio was a nice touch. Very convenient location, only minutes from the downtown/beach area but away from all the busy hustle and bustle. Also very convenient if you want to drive into Savannah.
Window and wall AC units in tandem with the dehumidifier were more than sufficient to keep it very comfortable, despite the mid-June heat. I’m not fully convinced that the main bed is a queen like the listing said, but as soon as I laid down, I didn’t even care because the bed was so amazingly comfortable.
The owner was very pleasant, helpful and quick to respond with any concerns. We will definitely be back!

We felt it was very musty, disappointed the water out back would leave and it was smelly mud a couple times a day. There were bugs, and the bed did not work as far as it was suppose to lift the head and foot and we left a day early because it was not a good experience. Disappointed over all

3 condos, 1 up & 2 down. We stayed in the left down condo. Dead end street in a quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to beach and stores. Nice screened in back porch and floating dock. Home has moisture, but that’s to be expected being on the water. Would definitely book again.

Location was good. Definitely need to eat at the Crabshack just up the street.
The downside of the place is the smell inside and it could use a better cleaning crew.

I loved the place , it was nice and cozy and loved having our own patio and dock.The one thing I didn't like was the deadbolt would not work at all on the front door.That gave an uneasy feeling at night and when we were gone. I also could not get the bedroom TV to turn on. I would still come back it was a quiet getaway for our first time in Tybee Island.

Cute Quant little property. Very easy to find. Quiet neighborhood. Could use a little TLC. Downstairs unit has low ceilings. Shower was narrow. Not enough negatives to keep me from booking again.

The condo looked like the pictures on the site. The area was very quiet and was easy to find. The only downside for us was the distance to Savannah I did not realize how far (approx 20 mins) it was when we wanted to go back to go out to eat. Other than that it was a pleasant place to stay.

Nice location, convenient check-in, clean. Only issues were the shower handle missing and a crack/soft area in bathtub with tape over it instead of repair

Apartment was conveniently located, nicely decorated and had the basics of what you would need. The bathtub needs to be replaced badly as the crack is now a whole and he shower handle is still missing. The railings on the gangplank to the lower deck also are in very badshape. We had problems with the bedroom tv so I called the owner and he was great. Even tho Jimmy was on vacation he arranged for a friend to come over the same day to check out the problem. Mike was there almost 2 hrs and got the tv working again. Also, the living room furniture could use a good deep cleaning.

The place was quaint and quite, what I was looking for during my trip to Savannah. My only problem during my 3 day stay, the whole place smelled musty like wet dog and the tub was cracked and shower didn't spray well. Minor maintenance. All in all 5 stars.

The only real issue was the bath tub has a cracked in it and they put tape on it instead of repairing or replacing the unit and there was no shower handle it was missing again an easy fix but it wasn't. The property owner was great to work with he decorated the place for my wife's birthday and Christmas at a very reasonable rate. A great person to work with.

Nice size living room back porch and deck all together. Could use a few more cooking items. Pots pans and silverware. Bathtub has a crack that needs to be fixed. Otherwise great little place.

The condo was perfect for a couple to spend their anniversary weekend in. Clean, neat and private. Would def recommend. Ceilings are kinda low so someone over 6'4" would'nt fair well.

We stayed here with the intention of visiting Savannah, which was about a 20-25 min. drive. It was a comfortable place to stay. I was with friend and she took the bed while I used the sofa bed, which was surprisingly comfortable. The kitchen was nice, but was not well stocked with cookware. OK to do simple meals. Great refrigerator and stove. All were clean. If you are looking for upper end accommodations you will be disappointed. Felt this was a decent place for a reasonable price. Also, the beaches are less than 10 min. away and they are AMAZING!

We stayed at this condo for Labor Day weekend, it’s in a great spot and was mostly well maintained. Unfortunately we can’t give this stay the best rating as we found that the septic tank had backed up into the shower, water was leaking from the bottom of the toilet, and water was dripping from our ceiling due to septic problems from the condo above us. Communication with the owner was easy, he knew the septic was backed up because the condo next to us already had an issue. We were provided with some extra towels and asked that we keep towels around the toilet. We poured Clorox (that we purchased) in the shower every time we wanted to use it to try and kill any bacteria and we showered with our flip flops on. The owner informed us that he was trying to get a plumber out and that he would refund some of our money due to the problem. As of today, we have not received any refund. Nice place in Tybee apart from the plumbing problem, but this happened to be a significant issue for us during this stay.

The property was In a great location. It was close to the Crab Shack and Bubba Gumbos. It was also very close to the beach and the downtown area. It was located right on a marsh. My communications with the owner were very quick. I highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Tybee Island.

Our stay was awesome! So convenient to everything! The house was so cute and comfy! We loved going out on our own dock for crabbing and fishing and just enjoying the stars at night! We will definitely be back! Had a small plumbing issue that the owner took care of right away!

Peaceful
We stayed here for our honeymoon it was peaceful and a short drive to the beach, the bed is super comfy the air conditioner worked perfect, fishing not so great but we did catch several crabs using shrimp and turkey necks. The crab shack is walking distance from the house as well!

Close to the beach and Savannah. Was great for us. Could use a dish strainer and a few more dishes. That said, we’d rent this place again! Jimmy was easy to talk to concerning a minor issue we had.

Great Stay!
We had a great stay here. It was a great location, tidal water views, easy drive into Tybee Island restaurants and beaches, and about 20 minutes to drive into Savannah. There was a lot of space and a full kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice cozy spot!
This is a nice cozy one bedroom for a couple! We enjoyed our stay and the activities to do are fun! We did Mikes Dolphin Adventure! Fun!

We enjoyed our stay bed was great so soft everything you need was provided kitchen stock with plenty pots etc I was alittle disappointed😞 with the floating dock fishing was bad but could have been the weather otherwise great place to stay easy ck in easy departure

Loved the neighborhood.
It is in a quiet neighborhood, not on the beach. It was a convenient drive to everything. I particularly enjoyed touring Fort Pulaski National Monument. It is convenient to have a National Park Pass, because it has an excellent trail for walking or running. The accommodation was perfect for one person or a couple.

Short and sweet
We came for an off season weekend. Palm Cottage was a simple drive (1m) into Tybee and convenient to the Lighthouse, shops, and beach parking. Nice and quiet at night.

The tub is too high and slippery for elderly/handicap, no safety rails to get in and out, shower facet about to break - difficult to use, bed is too high for elderly/handicap - can't get into. Roaches found/killed in room. Outside, we were bite by ants while unloading - saw multiple ant hills, and mosquitoes are really bad outside. Inside, it smelled really bad - musty and moldy. By the 3rd night it seemed to resolve itself. We think the dehumidifier MIGHT be the cause and need serious cleaning. Can't close curtains in bedroom while a/c is on, and the blinds need to be replace since they are broken or get shorter curtains to not block a/c. We had to buy toilet paper - only 1 roll was supplied. It is a good location to all of Tybee and to Savannah.
