Great property and location. 2 minute walk thru the parking lot to the beach. Well appointed and decorated property. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Loved our stay, and would be happy to return.

Overall impression was wonderful. Had some trouble with the tv. Was not able to get ahold of the managers but to be honest we were having to much fun to care about it! Id stay again

We had an amazing time. House was very nice and cozy. Super cute, updated and within walking distance to restaurants, beach and shopping. There is no where more beautiful than Lake Tahoe and this place has a small but private beach you can sit on the rocks and watch the waves. So nice. I would recommend in anyone wanting a quiet and relaxing time to stay here on the north end.

The condo is called Hidden Gem and it truly is. The complex may look an older on the outside, but inside it’s completely updated and cozy. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and snack basket. There’s a binder with tons of information on the area, things to do, places to eat, hiking trails, maps, boating you name it, very helpful. The condo had everything we needed and was walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, beaches and shops. The complex was quiet and other than a few people in the parking lot and beach, felt like we were the only ones there. The private beach is small, but was never crowded, maybe saw 2-3 other peolple on it a day. Was the perfect spot to launch our kayaks from or take a swim. Only warning is description says just steps from private beach; take this literally. There are a couple flights of stairs to get down to the beach. It was not a problem for us, but could be a challenge for some. Overall a great spot, will rent again.

This is a really nice clean condo in a great location. Great communication and easy instructions for our arrival/entry! Loved the nice touch of a bottle of wine and snacks. We stayed three nights. The only problem is that on our last night we were awakened at 12:30am by the people staying in the unit above us. You can hear everything, there is no sound barrier, and they kept us awake for several hours in the middle of the night walking around, opening and closing drawers, talking loudly. They then went outside and congregated at the picnic table right outside our window. We closed all the windows, hoping that would help, making it hot and uncomfortable. We had to get up early to check out on time and were exhausted for our long drive the next day.

This apartment was great stay for us. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, the beach, etc. The property management was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay again!

This property has easy access to the lake and beach front. This property is walking distance to several quality bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and experience. I highly recommend.

The property is nicely updated, and the complex is right on the lake (you don't get a lake view but its only steps away). Its also easy walking distance to the restaurants and shops in Kings Beach. The management company was super responsive and helpful when needed. We would definitely stay again!

We were very impressed with this unit. It is located in the Chateau Chamonix complex and is just a minute walk through the parking lot and down the steps to it's own private beach. Location is perfect, check in was a breeze and the management company that VRBO uses was very responsive to my questions. The king bed was extremely comfortable, plenty of hangers and closet space, the bathroom was a good size, plenty of towels and the shower has great water pressure! My adult daughter stayed with us a couple of the nights and slept on the pull out couch in the living room. The pull out is small and the mattress was very thin. Thankfully we discovered a tempur-pedic mattress under the king bad which we put on the pull out bed that made it much more comfortable. I definitely recommend using that if you have a 3rd adult staying there. The unit was very clean and has tasteful decorations. There weren't any beach toys, beach towels or umbrellas in the unit so definitely bring your own. There is no back patio so if you bring bikes you will need to leave them locked on your car. There were plenty of pots and pans and dishes. Safeway is just a couple minute drive down the street or you can easily walk to it. The complex is also very close to Kings Beach where they have free concerts on Friday night (summer only) .Be aware that this unit is on the 1st floor with a unit above and you can hear people walking above which did wake me up a few times. With that said we would definitely stay here again as the location can't be beat!.

My sister and I stayed at this condo to honor our sister who had passed away the October before, it was so incredibly quiet and and extremely clean and I cannot say enough about the private beach at the end of the complex, worth every dime paid for that alone! Also the maintenance man on hand Jim, and his wife Gloria were delightful and Deb and Stacy, the VRBO rep & owner were wonderful! We plan to come back to the same unit every year from now on, hopefully!

This little condo was absolutely perfect for my small family (husband, 6 yo son, and myself). I’ve been summering in Tahoe since I was little and this is one of the best locations for a young family. The condo itself is clean, immaculately decorated (if that’s a thing for you), amenities are available, and proximity to pool/beach can’t get better. Sandy, shallow beach is great for littles learning to swim and wanting to play. Small cove to the left is a great shelter for building that lake swimming courage! Pool was a great retreat away from late afternoon choppy waters (and by that time it’s shaded!). Will 100% stay again and planning to book multiple condos with extended family next summer. GREAT stay!!!!

Literally a 1 minute walk to the private beach. Property was very clean and we loved everything it had to offer. It looked recently renovated and updated with nice appliances and super super clean. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. It's a great location for skiing in the winter and for beach vacation in the summer. The unit was freshly remodeled, had all new appliances and everything we needed. It's designed with a great taste and looks beautiful inside. I'd love to come back again. Thanks!

My partner and I had a very nice stay. Bed was very comfortable everything was as described. Two things that would make the unit better: a gas log fireplace and a Kuerig coffee maker. The existing coffee maker is inadequate.

Large, sunny, and updated 1/1 unit in great complex, close to ther Safeway and 1/2 mile from the main street of the shops and restaurants. Customer service was amazing! Sheri went beyond her duty to make sure we got checked in (at 2:30pm in the middle of the night, I had to wake her) after 4 hour drive from Sacramento. I would highly recommend this place to families with 1-2 kids! - Allan

I had a great time enjoying the relaxing 1-BR condo. The place was clean, the ambiance was pleasant, the bed was very comfortable. Stacy even left a bottle of sparkling wine for my girlfriend and me. Thank you. Would recommend for any couple looking for a Tahoe getaway. Picky Note: This is a bottom unit with a unit above. There were minimal times that I could hear someone above, but it was faint and 95% non-existent. It did not affect my stay.
