The resort is immediately across from a beach and within walking distance (about a mile) of Main St. The unit we stayed in was a studio and was perfect for two people. The patio was lovely, too! The unit had everything needed for a short stay - other than shampoo and conditioner and supplies to make coffee (so don’t forget to pick up those two items if needed). The staff was nice, too! Overall a wonderful stay and I will come again soon!

Great service, great location and upgraded facilities. It was one of the better locations we have ever stayed. If you want to feel like your on the cape and be just blocks from food and shopping...stay here!

Close to everything without being in the hub. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water! Staff was awesome!

Our unit looked like a seaside cottage. It is directly across the road from the beach. There were rocking chairs and a table that sit on a patio in front of the unit, so you could drink your morning coffee, while looking at the beach/water. They are putting in a new pool and play area. Beautiful kept property in a beautiful location.

There is nothing negative I can think of, except maybe the kitchen is very small. But it worked for our needs.

The resort is right across from the beach. Our unit was a single cottage with a private yard/patio. The beds are comfortable and the accommodations were perfect. Our unit wasn't completely updated but clean and comfortable. The furniture was newer and comfortable and freshly painted throughout. We will be going back. The staff were extremely pleasant.

It is in a great location. Right across the street from the beach and super close to Main Street and other attractions. It has a kitchenette with all the works which came in handy! The bed was pretty firm but also very comfortable. The tv had plenty of stations. The patio is a nice feature with nice chairs to sit on. Would have liked to have the fire going that was on the lawn across from us but understandable since it’s off season.

It was super easy to hear the people upstairs walking back and forth constantly. The next morning, housekeeping was above us cleaning and it was extremely loud. It sounded like they were going to crash through the floor. I understand it needs to be cleaned but have a little respect for the people visiting underneath. Also, there were ants in the room, understandable with the nice weather approaching but the facility should definitely spray around the perimeter. The bathroom was pretty tiny but did the job. The toilet sits pretty low. I’m a fairly short person so I would feel bad for anyone taller. The only other thing was the placement of the tv/couch. The tv is in a dresser type of cabinet where you have to open the doors but the couch is over near the kitchenette so you have to be sitting on the bed to actually get a good view of the tv.

The location was superb - the resort is literally right across the street from a small public beach and close enough that you could hear the waves breaking. It was also within walking distance of Main Street in Falmouth where there were loads of great restaurants and shops to check out. The studio was the perfect size for one or two people and had a nice little kitchenette with barebones essentials: some plates, bowls, glasses, and cutlery.

The bathroom in my unit was the main reason for the lower reviews. When I arrived, the water hadn't been turned on for the toilet, which wasn't super surprising given that it was pre-season still. Plus, the front desk was quick to get a maintenance person out there to fix that. However, there were some other more basic elements that weren't ideal. For starters, there was no window covering on the single bathroom window, which not only looked out onto a walkway shared by the other units in my building but ALSO could be seen by anyone entering the units of the building next door. I had to hang towels over it when I showered to get some privacy. The AC for the unit directly faces that bathroom door, but when I went to close the bathroom door to keep out the draft, the door wouldn't close and part of the door handle came loose. The shower itself was incredibly narrow - I'm a fairly average-sized person and I couldn't take a shower without either touching the sides of the shower or being wrapped in the fabric shower curtain...which felt slightly icky, even if the housekeepers did a bang-up job with sanitizing. I know I paid for the cheaper end of what was available, but I also didn't love that the "balcony" that was advertised was effectively a very small patio that was literally right next to the only driveway people used to get in and out of the resort. Felt a little odd to be sitting out there while guests were driving by you literally feet away.

Great location and view. Very lucky to get a room upgrade over looking the ocean.

We could see the ocean from our room. We experienced our first ever nor’easter! It was a little scary but exciting! The staff at the front desk were great…very helpful and personable. Especially Judy who checked us in.
