It was clean, big and comfortable. Pool was nice to have as it was very hot. In a great location too; Falmouth, in general, is lovely and the lodge was a five minute walk to the beach and Island Queen ferries.
It was a kitchenette(microwave and fridge) and dining table but NO CUTLERY OR CROCKERY. What is the point of having self catering facilities if there is nothing to eat food with or on? We had to go and buy stuff to eat with as we were self catered and couldn’t afford to eat out for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At over £500 per night this is really poor.

It’s excellent for a night or two. The room was very clean and well decorated. The bed is comfy. Convenient location. The staff is really nice and friendly. We liked the pool and the parking spot in front of the room. There’s coffee in the office in the morning.
I feel like it may be less expensive. The tv is way too small for the room although we didn’t use it. One of the bath towels was a bit torn.

When we arrived, we were offered another room that was bigger and a view of the ocean for only $25 additional per night, which was well worth it!

They charge per person and not per room. So kids are charged extra even if staying on the same bedding.

Room was large and easy walk to Martha's Vineyard ferry. Price was manageable for a weekend booking. Had its own picnic area and grill (you have to bring all equipment) if you wanted to cook.
Other reviews said that it their room was nicer than they expected. Ours was worse. The room smelled very musty. It was listed as "private entrance" but actually in a house on the property and shared a common entry way and vestibule. The room looked like it was renovated piecemeal in different decades - none all that well done. One of the shades didn't close all the way (it was on ground floor) as the cord was broken. The shades were all dirty and looked a bit musty/moldy. The bathroom was clean but the room looked a bit cruddy in the corners. Pillows were not great and my husband woke up with a backache both mornings. There was a refrigerator and microwave but no coffee maker!!! The only cups were plastic so I could not even microwave my cold brew. Microwave flashed when I microwaved coffee in paper cups from lobby coffee bar.
