Stayed for Music Fest and had a great time, overall was great experience.

Everything was perfect for four couples. Plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed our stay. We were here for the tennis tournament, Indian Wells

Property was as described in the listing. Had no problems and would recommend the property to anyone looking for a place to stay in La Quinta.

Our family stayed for two nights. The house was perfect for our needs! Very spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and within a short walk of some nice hiking trails. I took one star off of cleanliness because the bath towels desparately need to be replaced. They were graying and worn out. Also, there were very few hand towels. This is such an easy fix and the rest of the property was so nice, I was kind of baffled. But overall a great stay!

Beautiful property. Easy access and entry. Not cleaned. Couldn't get in touch with 2 managers. Called owner he had manager call. Told I wasn't booked and hadn't paid. Gave him my confirmation code. Apologized for the mess up. Then he said he would find us another property that was ready. We wanted this property so we just waited for the house cleaners to arrive. Would have been exceptional property if cleaned and ready

Our group loved the home and the description was spot on. It worked great for the space we needed! Will stay again if we come back to Palm Springs.

Lovely house

Large group quick escape. Perfect for us. Pool in front is a little quirky at first but it worked out. Nicely redone and ready to go. Property Mgr responsive to questions quickly. First time to VRBO. Would do this again and this property again.

It had everything we needed.

The house was clean, location is perfect had a nice view of the mountains, the family had fun in the pool.Definitely returning back.

Perfect home for a Coachella music festival weekend. Not too far from the grounds. Got a call from the owner for being too loud after 10PM, but the pool is in the front yard which is unusual. Didn’t use the backyard at all as the entrance is through the main bedroom. Overall good house though

We were 2 families together and the house and layout, especially the main kitchen/living area was very spacious and conducive to hanging out /eating/ talking, etc… the pool is A little smaller than expected and we couldn’t heat the pool and hot tub at the same time. Also the hot tub takes abt 3 hrs to heat up. But overall it was a great, clean and easy place to stay!

Spacious and relaxing setting. Close to trails. Spa and pool nice for hanging out. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay , clean, comfortable and the layout was great for a relaxing visit . Location was quiet and close to local entertainment .

Beautiful, spacious home at the foot of the mountains. Paved walking trail a 3-minute walk away. Stunning mountain trails just 1/2 mile up the street. Restaurants in Old Town La Quinta are fantastic and a 10-minute drive from house--also walkable if you are feeling ambitious. Neighborhood is quiet and relaxing.

Very nice house.

The house has plenty of space and almost everything is in working order. The main issue was that the front gate does not lock. The smaller block wall portion is unstable and needs to be fixed asap. There is a big need for properly cleaning the floors and under beds and furniture. There is a great need for a shade structure in the front of the house because the umbrella’s base does not work correctly. The pool’s size should be specified in the posting( small pool).The grill needs to be upgraded in my opinion. My main concern was that anyone could open the front gate without issue.

Very nice house. Loved the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Beds were wonderful Loved the large kitchen bar and extra long dining table. Pool was small but private. Could use more bathroom and kitchen towels. Would rent again.

We had a great time staying at the property for two nights. It was very clean upon arriving and was exactly as advertised. The pool was perfect for cooling off on those hot June days!!

Great house for a group of golfers. Quite neighborhood, house had everything we needed to cook, relax and travel to tons of golf courses. We'll be back next year.

Great location within a couple blocks from trails. Very easy drive to old town La Quinta where there are great restaurants. The house easily accomodating our family of 5 and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. Thank you

In La Quinta Cove adventure awaits, from adjacent hiking & biking trails to fine dining. Revel in your own private swimming pool in this newly built home as of 2018. That being said, this home needs some repairs & attention. These items have been communicated to the owner & will be taken care of soon. We love coming to the desert in the Winter to dry out. This home is a wonderful option.

Loved it had our own private hot tub and pool..

This is our second year in a row that we have stayed here for our annual golf trip to Palm Springs! The house is perfect for the four of us and provides each of us a spacious bedroom and bath and plenty of privacy. We will be back in 2023!

We did a girls trip to La Quinta (7 girls and 1 4 month old baby). There was plenty of space for us all! We loved the pool/hot tub in the front courtyard and the location was perfect and quiet. The views of the mountains were stunning. Only feedback/suggestion we have is to stock the kitchen with a few more wine glasses. There was 1 stemless and 1 stemmed glass but for a house that fits 10 people comfortably, it would be nice to have enough for everyone! Obviously this small detail isn’t enough to change it from a 5 star rating - just a suggestion! Or for future renters, just bring your own! :)
