Nothing specific but small things sometimes make Big damage.

First of all the location was not good as the property face to an old and abandon factory. So is not the best thing to see rusty irons from the apartment. Second there was no internet in the apartment. Third there was air contrition in one room but a simple fun to the other. Fourth in the kitchen you need too long time to boiled water before you make a coffee. Fifth it was far away from everything ( bars restaurants etr) so without using GPS it was impossible to go anywhere but also needed time.

Good value for money

Large and comfortable house with a good price for 5 persons (compared to similar options). Parking is extremely easy and the neighborhood was quiet.

Big rooms, all the required facilities.

After a very long drive I could not sleep because of noise. The wind was causing some metal door (chimney ?) to make very annoying sound every 20-30 seconds, outside of the apartment. The owner said it cannot be fixed or blocked, so that was it. Owner is living at ground floor, apartment is first floor.
