Heated pool and the whole house as such,nice and quiet surrounding,total privacy

Doors to bedroom and 1 bathroom need to be fixed,they go hard to close and open, just small fix needed

Location was just as described, communication from Peter was great prior to arriving and the pool was private and just what we needed, and the space around the villa was excellent.

The outside rattan furniture was coming apart (dry rattan), there was rust on some of the metalwork and in the bedrooms where the bed touched the floor. When we arrived the coffee maker was not working, however a new one was brought to the villa later that evening but we were in the middle of dinner when it came and Mr Roger just let himself in with us all in swimsuits... Also Mr Roger told us we would not need to use the garage and just park on the street, so did not show us how to use the garage... We parked on the street for 1 night and the car was like an oven in 32* heat the next day, so I had to use the garage, which was easy to work out, but should have been part of the welcome especially as Mr Roger watched us pull up in a car. Some of the internal door handles were also coming off and loose and the shower heads were really old and did not stay in their saddles correctly. The Wifi would also cut out 3-4 times/day and freeze for 5-10mins. Simple things make all the difference between 4* & 5*, but all required to truly make this a 5* villa.

Accomodation on the villa is really exceptional. Organization and provided information was perfect.

Everything is super here. Quiet place, heated pool really warm 24 hours, great communication, good advice where to eat and response time very quick. Beds comfortable, for 4 people good size house with 2 bathrooms. Few hundred meters to the sea with great bar in the evening, supermarkets around the corner, few nice restaurants. Good wi fi connection

You need to give few minutes to get warm water from the shower but that is the only thing which needs a little patience 😁.

Clean and modern , in a great quiet location near to the beach. Heated pool Was a luxury. The owner was a great communicator and the caretaker Rodger was brilliant.
