A little off the beaten track, quiet place. Catering more to long stay people.

No signs, have to ask where it is. A little run down. Roads around place closed with gates that neibours put up illegal.

Comfort room not comforting, just with a little space. Tv not functioning, said it will be replaced but checked out in day 3, no replacement was made. 3rd floor a bit tiring to climb manually

Not very good neighborhood

Nothing, TV did not work. Transferred me to another room, no hot water to shave, no plugs for the sinks. Toilet flushed sometimes. Cracks not filled, grouting has been replaced with mould. The screaming started just after 3 am on both nights. The staff acted like what are you talking about.

Everything in the sleazy area, Don't ever allow single women to book this property. I am staying at the Andeo Suites, and the difference is impossible to explain for such a momentum difference, from proper sheets not that micro fibre rubbish, like you could imagine some street people being forced to live in.

La chambre est suffisamment grande pour une nuit et il y’a quelques équipements pour cuisiner.

Les lieux ne sont pas propres, l’eau sent mauvais, les draps n’étaient pas très propres avec un trou de cigarette sur la housse du matelas, on entend tous les bruits environnants (motos, toux et TV du voisin…) et pour finir le logement est situé dans un endroit pas vraiment safe de Clark, notre taxi nous a parlé de vols et il y avait des barbelés à toutes les maisons. Bref nous avons très mal dormi !

Neat small reasonably comfortable accomadation. Very quiet Very fairly priced but price recently increased ( cant blame them electricity is expensive) Other hotels in the area on booking.com have recently dropped their pricing and 1-2 are better value like enamora studios which are better quality, a/c, good fridge even a washing machine and pool.

Starting to Show its age Charged us ₱500 for arriving late at night, after 11pm, had a bitch about it to the owner, great guy apologized as it isn’t noted in the rules and policies on the internet. Apparently manager has to get out of bed to let you in and needs to be compensated, fair enough. Owner was kind enough to give us a free night at another of his apartments which was very good of him. The ₱500 (5 minutes to hand us a key)was a bit sus seeing they now have noted on their page it’s ONLY ₱200 should this occur.
