Exactly as described. The only issue I had was bedroom #3 . It was on the ground floor (down a flight of stairs). Although the front of the ground floor opened to a beautiful vista, the rear (the location of the 3rd bedroom) was at the back and hence, no window. Unfortunately ditto for the 2nd floor bedroom with bunk beds. As this unit was in the middle of town homes, there was no window access in the third bedroom or the 2nd bedroom. An issue for claustrophobics like myself

We were two families of three in the area for a wedding, and the condo was perfect. Location was convenient to Wilmington (10 mins), and the venue. It was great to have the separate sleeping spaces with common spaces in the middle. The kitchen was stocked well (drip coffee maker and a Keurig even), plenty of glassware etc, dish detergent, garbage bags (although we only used one :) We so appreciated all bathrooms having a supply of tp and soap! We actually didn’t have to shop for provisions, which was great since we were so busy I did not ever see where we would have shopped if we had needed to! Beds were comfy, zoned heating, plenty of towels and bed linens. Nothing to complain about! Christa certainly understands how to make her guests feel welcome and comfortable.

I booked Christine's house for my birthday weekend with my family and friends. We wanted a quiet, somewhat secluded place to stay within distance to a nice town. We could not have been happier with our stay. The house was very clean and spacious with 3 floors and a backdoor balcony. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and an area downstairs with a bedroom and living space, perfect for a couple. My friends did mention the bunk beds were not the most comfortable, but that is the only comment anyone made. The house was also well stocked so we could cook a few of the days. We enjoyed walking around the property and going into Wilmington. We spent 3 days there and never felt the need to leave the area. Christine was easy to contact and the check in process was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the Wilmington area.

Condo was spacious and clean. View of the mountains from the upper deck were amazing. Owner was very polite. We even saw a mama bear and her cubs behind the condo carport. Only downfall was no ac and it was very warm as it was 90 the first day and 80s the rest of the stay.

The condo was comfortable and it was a pleasant surprise to have a chest full of games for the kids. We all had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed the home.

The layout of the property was perfect for a family getaway. You can't beat the proximity to Mount Snow and Christa was super easy to work with.

The condo was great for our ski vacation, East convenient location, reasonably priced and best of all pet friendly! It is showing some wear and tear and they are currently renovating the kitchen which will look great when done but we were surprised to walk into parts of the countertop missing. It’s well stocked and the owners were so nice and accomadating.

From a beautiful home to perfect communication with the owner - this was a top notch place to stay. Highly recommend it!!

We enjoyed the property very much. The location is terrific, near one of our favorite hiking trails. The condo was well furnished and stocked. It made for a wonderful weekend.

We had a wonderful time over the summer at the condo. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Contact with the owner was always quick and polite. We received the code early and we’re able to get in on the early side and drop our stuff before exploring the town. We happened to visit during the Blueberry festival and Old Home Week. Wilmington is a quaint little town. The condo was perfect for us and in a perfect location! Our kids loved swimming at the lake!

Christa was very accommodating. Unfortunately we had an unusual amount of rain. However we were able to entertain between raindrops and do some golfing at Haystack golf course which was fantastic. ! Town of Wilmington was lovely, all in all , Lovely area

Wonderful property. Quiet. Only little minor suggestion is a full length mirror somewhere in condo.

This was our second time staying at the property this ski season. Again, the townhouse was very clean, hosts were very responsive, close to both Mt. Snow and the shops at Wilmington. Having the downstairs bedroom with bathroom/seating was perfect for having my parents get their own space while staying with us. Highly recommend!

Cozy place, it worked perfect for 2 families of 4. We appreciated the games and movies for the kids. The fireplace was a nice touch! They are begging for us to return next year. It is clean and the owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with!

Clean and quiet place for ski trip. Enjoyed very much in sunshine living room and spacious rooms. 8 min drive to Mount Snow. Would recommend! Also pet allowed community!

Amazing location to Mt Snow and short convenient ride to restaurants and shops! Very inviting ambiance and plenty of room for larger parties.

We enjoyed our stay

Good location for hiking and skiing. Very clean and well decorated. Very nice owner. So glad we could bring our dogs. Plenty of dining space. Difficulty adjusting the temperature in the condo. Also the “fireplace room” was a little small for our family of 5 to all gather for TV and fire. There is an extra room downstairs but we chose not to separate. Property not well lit for nighttime (walking the dogs).

This was the perfect location for a weekend get-a-way with my family. Everything was spotless, and we had plenty of space. We really enjoyed our time there this Fall, and the location would be perfect for any season!
