A Pousada é um charme, muito agradável e a equipe é muito simpática e prestativa, o atendimento foi ótimo. Café da manhã muito bom.

Gostei muito do atendimento de cada colaborador ( Gilvan e Gilvandro ( os proprietários), Lucas ( muito atencioso e com um sorriso sempre), Jonas ( educado, sabe atender muito bem e preocupado com os hóspedes), Sr. Paulo ( fantástico), Aurélio, Neta, Neves e Neta). Qualidade em todo o atendimente. Amei a Vila Capininga Ecopousada e super recomento o lugar.

Funcionários muito gentis. Principalmente os funcionários Lucas e Jonas que são super prestativos, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Pousada muito aconchegante, bem cuidada.

Por não ter a rua asfaltada, carro pequeno não chega até o local, dessa forma, o deslocamento acaba sendo prejudicado. Apesar da pousada ir buscar e deixar na entrada e saída da estadia, as demais vezes que o cliente precisa se deslocar até a cidade tem que pagar um valor de 20,00 reais por pessoa.

The staff was always friendly and ready to help the guests. There were a few small details that can be improved. A nice pool would be a great addition. The lounge was well decorated and comfortable, giving the property a charm, just as it looked in the photos. When we contacted (via WhatsApp) with questions about the tours, they responded in around 24 h with the information we requested. The day of our arrival, they contacted us to let us know the instructions for the transfer to the hotel.

The price per night DOES NOT match the quality of the facilities. The room looked just like the pictures, but the bed was not worth the price we paid for it. It was less than OK. In our bedroom, the toilet was not working properly, and there were issues every time it was used. We reported the first incident at the reception, and even when they said the problem was fixed, it was not. The electric shower, both the visual part and the functional part, did not match the price we paid per night. The water or was either boiling hot or cold, never warm. The hotel offers a restaurant service, with tasty food (at least the two times we tried the menu). However, it is also overpriced, and more when it was compared with the dinner at one of the best restaurants in town (at Rancho das Dunas). The portions are good enough for 2 people. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, but again, the options offered do not match the price paid per night. We have been guests in less pricey hotels (including the Lençóis area), and the breakfast was way way better than the one offered at Vila Capininga. The bathroom that serves the restaurant/lobby area was completely the opposite of the way the lounge looks like also with functionality problems (including lack of toilet paper). It was just like a bathroom looks like in a local market. Not nice at all. It was a huge disappointment.

Great breakfast with cuscuz and tapioca every morning, fresh juice and nice cake. I loved the common outside sitting area and the hammock in every room porch. Service was also lovely with everyone ready to help. We had lunch there one day which was also fantastic, cuxá rice with prawns. You need a car ride to go to the city center but the place offers the drop off and pick up service for R$10.00 each way and they are very flexible with timings.

The staff is amazing and the facilities are very nice. I particularly liked the entrance to the hotel and the privacy of the room.
