The Cottage....The Perfect Location For Everything You Want To Do In KC!
Le chalet est situé au coeur de Overland Park. Vous êtes à quelques minutes de bons restaurants et de boutiques. Les plus grandes attractions de KC sont à seulement 20 minutes en voiture! Vous pouvez vous rendre au stade Arrowhead, au stade Kauffman, à la piste NASCAR ou au Sporting KC pour un événement sportif! Vous pouvez assister à des comédies musicales ou à des concerts au centre-ville de Kansas City! Si vous voulez juste vous détendre, nous avons une cour privée pour vous!
Le condo a une laveuse et une sécheuse située au sous-sol. La propriété dispose d'un court de tennis, terrain de basket, piscine, piscine pour enfants et aire de jeux pour enfants disponibles. L’hôtel de ville se trouve de l’autre côté de la rue et dispose d’un beau terrain de basket-ball pouvant être utilisé en plus du terrain privé des propriétés. Il y a aussi un club-house qui a un centre de fitness et une bibliothèque à laquelle vous aurez accès. Le clubhouse a une belle région que vous pouvez louer pour de petits rassemblements.

Very clean and great location for our family

This was a perfect spot for us to unwind after a long day of baseball tournaments for my son. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, and there was a lot to do within a short distance. We would stay again!

The townhouse was nice, the pool was great! My only complaint and reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because the upstairs was very warm!! The AC/cool air didnt hit well up there. My husband actually choose to sleep downstairs on the pull out couch bc it was too hot to sleep upstairs. Also, the plug ins in the bedrooms didnt work well. No item (fan, phone charger, sound machine) would stay plugged in. They'd fall right out of the outlet, so that was kind of annoying. Otherwise the house was beautiful and peaceful and the communication with the owner was great!

If you are traveling with a small child who likes stairs, I highly recommend bringing a baby gate with you!

Son's team traveled down to KC for spring break games, and we thought we'd tag along. Having this cozy place to stay made our trip more enjoyable then staying at a hotel!

The condo was very clean, and everything we needed was provided. The master bedroom is huge, and we very were comfortable. Easy access to the freeway so we could get anywhere pretty quickly. We will definitely book again when we are in the Overland Park area.

This was the perfect place for my son and I to stay during his regional sporting event. It was clean and conveniently located. Owner was friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with.

The pools at the condo are quite amazing. With small ones theres a 2 1/2 foot beach type pool they loved! The larger pool is huge, and clean. It was the perfect break needed just before school started back up. Great neighborhood, good central location.

My daughters and I, along with our neighbors, stayed for 2 nights while we were in town for the Era's Tour for Taylor Swift. This was a nice location to downtown and a comfortable place for us to spend time together. The place was clean and nice and worked perfectly for a girls weekend.

Smooth check in and check out process. Came in for family wedding, having lived in OP in the past I was familiar to neighborhood. Comfortable rooms and bedding. Clean.

I didn’t realize this rental is in a large apartment complex, yet it is in a safe neighborhood. It was fine for us but be aware that it’s a bit of a walk from the back parking lot around to the front entrance. The beds were so comfy with nice bedding! The layout was good and worked well for two couples. The VRBO photos were a factor to help us choose this property largely due to the outdoor seating area. Unfortunately, it’s in the front of the apartment with a privacy fence and close neighbors on both sides. One has a lady who shouts at her barking dogs when they go out to pee/poop in her little outdoor space. She was not considerate to people sitting in their space next door. Also, the overwhelming buildup of pet urine scent was quite bad. If you only want to use the indoors and you are good with carrying luggage upstairs, it could be a nice stay. Bring your own bath soap/shower gel. The owner/Mgr was very nice & a good communicator. Overall, it’s a recommended stay.

Great family stay
Perfect place for a family weekend in KC. LOVED having access to the pool. Melanie was responsive and helpful.
Only downside was the AC wasn't quite venting to the upstairs. Temps in the upstairs bedrooms reached 87'- there were fans that helped, but with a baby it was super hot. Still giving this VRBO a 5 star review because the location, set up, amenities were great.
