I cannot fault this hotel! We enjoyed a wonderful few days at Uma Ray, it was hard to leave! The lovely owners and staff were so kind and welcoming, it felt like no request was too much trouble. The room and facilities are immaculately presented, it seems every last design detail has been carefully considered. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The indoor pool was lovely, the water was warm and the pool area has a relaxing spa feel. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk into the town, in a quiet street, easy to access by bus/taxi, right next to a supermarket. The breakfast is just a small buffet selection, but everything was fresh and delicious. If you’re considering a stay in Fira, you must stay at Uma Ray! :)

The outdoor pool wasn’t heated. It was Ice cold. I was very disappointed. Indoor pool was nice. But we wanted to enjoy the nice outdoors of Santorini and lounge by the pool. I would’ve even paid more had the Outdoor pool been Warm. At least warm enough to swim. but it had to be 60degrees.

Small and modern hotel that has everything you need. Room and bathroom exactly like on the pics. We especially enjoyed our private balcony and the pool. Breakfast is simple but still tasty. The location is so peacefull, a bit away from the main busy streets (but only 2 minutes walking). Everyone around was always in a good mood and ready to help. A big thank you to the breakfast lady!

breakfast didn’t have enough choices and we felt the facility wasn’t making a big effort to really make our stay more enjoyable - our view wasn’t great and we had to carry out own bags upstairs and downstairs - staff was there but made little effort to inquire about our needs - we needed to seek them out -

Lovely room - great shower, bed was the best we’d had since we’d been travelling (3 weeks) & the room itself was nicely sized. Balcony & proximity to pool were A+

Nothing! They organised our transfers for us & we could check in early which was an unexpected bonus!

the property is kind of small but looks just like the pictures in terms of the pool.

i felt like for the price the breakfast wasn’t that nice and there wasn’t much to offer except the room with basic items.

Really nice facilities. Close to Thyra center but at the same time not so crowded. Next to the hotel there are two public parkings and its so easy to park your car, motorcycle etc

Loved the location, the pool, the staff

Our room was facing the noisy street, and our terrace was visible from both the street and the entrance, no privacy at all. Breakfast was a bit basic, lack of fresh fruits

having a drink on the balcony and being asked to be quiet.

we loved the room and our private outside bed next to the pool!! everything was so clean and would always have room service everyday. The look of the room is very sleek and modern, which brought a calming mood, which helped us relax.
