Love everything about the room, the breakfast was excellent and the parking was convenient

Clean room, comfortable bed. The breakfast was fine.

The water pressure in first floor was not good at the shower.

It was spacious as its description. They provided paper towels and dish washing liquid! Other places we had stayed at didn't. They have decent areas for pets to do their business. The staff is friendly and accommodated.

We heard sounds (doors closing, people walking...) outside our room were much louder than we expected.

Looooong check-in, lines of guests spending like 30 mins to check-in (or more?). Was given downgraded room, figured that out not at reception, but when inside. The receptionist then said it would be my room for the whole stay. Called Booking.com, the proper room was provided next day. It costed me some mental health

Clean, nicely decorated but business-simple. Breakfast was fine and plentiful. Location was pretty industrial yet clean and safe.

Hi loved the interior and exterior of the hotel. My room was clean and the ceilings were vaulted because I was on the ground for. The pool was clean in the area around the hotel is a safe in suburbia area.

The staff were rude, and lazy, I had to ask for sheets several times and still didn’t get them, and I never got questions answered about whether or not the kitchen oven was available to guest who may want to heat up a frozen dinner

Rooms are nice and very functional. I love that they have duvet covers (and sheets), not just sheets It is quiet.

Breakfast at 7:30am on Saturday and Sunday means that we will not come back. Sports tournaments start at 8am and I need to feed my son. It just does not work. I did not like either that parking was $20 per night and it was a surprise. Also I am so used to picking double queen or single king that I had not paid attention that this was single queen... Not what I had in mind

My journey from Australia was 20 hours and I arrived to the US with an 18 hour time difference. I arrived to the hotel early - when a room became available (several hours ahead of the check-in time) I was informed I could go to the room if I paid an early check-in fee of $45. I explained I was utterly exhausted from the trip, and asked if I could just go to the room. But the reply was that I had to pay the fee. So I sat in the lounge for another 2 or so hours waiting for the clock to strike the official check-in time. I was with you for 4 nights and a simple gesture on arrival would have been welcomed and sincerely appreciated.

The room was great. The bed and pillows were amazing

We didn’t know there was a pool. And had changed our plans for the day because we weren’t aware there was. Pool. Was disappointed that it wasn’t put on the website. Also asked for a wake up call and never did receive it.
