It’s ok, facility is a little old. Noisy especially when guest next-door to you close the door. No breakfast. Overall should be ok. Can acceptable.

While out during the day, someone came into the room and stole thousands of dollars worth of items and cash. Hotel was not helpful at all with our situation, we ended up calling the police. Such a horrible experience overall.

Our stay at this facility was beyond disappointing. The staff was super nice and friendly, but this facility is old. The air condition was not operable and our room was 80° upon arrival., it took 8 hrs to cool down. The toilet during our stay was running and we asked to have it fixed. No one ever came. We booked a Queen room and ended up with a double bed. The television in the bedroom did not work. The pictures on the website do not reflect the room that we stayed in. Although it was clean, it is very old and run down. The refrigerator is from the early 80s. The furniture is old and the air conditioner on the wall was beyond words at its age. We paid $7 a day to park in their lot and your room will not be cleaned unless you stay over 7 days.

I’ve stayed at Sonesta before and been very pleased with my stays. Sadly, this room had such a strong dog smell. I know it is a dog room but every other time I’ve stayed in dog rooms with my dog. I have never smelled anything like this. I even went to Walmart and bought a Febreze plug-in to try to help. It was only one night so I just dealt with it. I was not happy at all with this

It’s deff not how they make it look the room wasn’t the cleanest u can’t control the air and the tv wouldn’t work location wasn’t bad but the hotel is more like a extended stay type deal deff wouldn’t bring family here

This facility needs a major renovation. It's old, smells bad, needed to call twice to get the garbage disposal fixed and an iron replaced. Wi-Fi is slow. The staff mirrors the condition. They are not friendly, and become antagonistic if you just ask why such and such charge is there. I am a gold member, have been at Sonesta hotels, and this crew is exceptionally out of norm compared to others, on the wrong side.

I did not like how there is a musty smell that you cannot get rid of. I believe they had bedbugs because of my girlfriend had bite marks around her legs after staying there. I had to go to the store and get my own cleaning supplies to make it better for her
