Bed was comfortable. Close to main station.
The location was in a run-down area. To be fair, we found much of Marseille pretty dirty and uncared for but this area more so. We have been travelling for three months so have experienced lots of different situations. The apartment did not meet our standards for cleanliness. In particular, the kitchen had dirty bowls. We advised the owner who said she would get onto the cleaner and offered another free night. We had planned to cook here but instead had dinner at the port.

Location, modern style, view from balcony
Other than the floor, the apartment was clean. It took me 30+minutes to scrape spots off the floor. Based on the smell in the bathroom, I am guessing the spots were remnants of fumigating for roaches. I only saw a few live roaches while there and the owner seems to be proactive in resolving the roach problem.
One roll of toilet paper and no replacement trash bags for an 8 night stay is not sufficient.

The apartment is conveniently located less than a 5 minute walk from the main train station and a metro station. You can also reach the old port in 15 minutes or by public transport in 6 minutes. The apartment had a lot of storage and amenities including fridge, microwave, air conditioning, and a washing machine.
The apartment is located on a dark quiet street near the main train station. I would have felt quite unsafe entering and exiting on my own at night. On multiple occasions, there were people waiting outside who tried to follow us in. The entrance way, hallway and lift were quite dingey and sometimes smelly. The bathroom was very small (especially the sink) and the shower leaked. The kitchen was not cleaned very well, some of the cutlery was dirty and the kitchen tap fitting was loose. We contacted the host to say that there was no laundry detergent to use the washing machine and were told to look in the cupboard - they did not offer to provide any. In addition, towels and laundry were left out drying on the balcony.

booked at very short notice due to a last minute, late in the evening flight cancellation
Fridge made a lot of noise during the night.

Nice studio located in a very central position in Marseille. It was clean, comfy and you have everything you want to spend some days within the noisy and crowded Marseille.
Not the case.

nothing. we reserved for 3 nights, at the end we could not stay their and left after 2 nights
We could not open the window, there was a smell in the room and we couldn't not deal with it. the room is small, and we have a problem with the door (it did not open easily). the apartment in a slum, and the condition of the building is awful.

Looking the advert in booking mobile application it was not visible that the owner.required 500 euro deposit.
The building was terrible, elevator was smelling urine, broken entrance, people smoking on the stairs outside the room.
Also the instructions to get into the room was not super strait forward if you are not used to french apartments.
Owner did not speak English.
Also for 110euro per night I would just go to a hotel

Location is very convenient since it’s right next to the railway Station, you can take train, Metro 1&2 easily to get around the city.
I think the point has been mentioned by others before. The neighborhood and the building itself make the owner Sarah impossible to maintain the customer experience. In my experience, on the first day when I arrived, two people were waiting at the entrance and followed me in when I had the door open. in the next day, the pipe on the ceiling of the entrance was broken, it created quite a mess in the following days...in general, I appreciate the effort made by the owner. But I have to say this place is more suitable for travelers who do not care too much about hotel experience. In the end, be aware that Marseille during holiday seasons is expensive, this means you pay way more to get what’s average in the market.

Kitchen is fully equipped, location is convenient to get to the train station. It's quiet and silent, the balcony is nice.
When we first arrived, the ground was not very clean. There was a lot of hair in the ground and even a condom packaging by the bed. The area is not very pleasant to walk around but it's veeery convenient to get to the train station.

Communication with Sarah was excellent, the maisonette was very clean and included items such as cleaning products, and close to the bus station.
I don't want to ridicule this property as Sarah obviously took time to make the most of the two rooms but Unfortunately the maisonett was in a part of the city in which immigrants reside, my wife felt extremely uncomfortable walking through the streets. The entrance to the property was covered in graffiti not a good start to our short break. The shower flooded the floor no matter what we tried to do.The accommodation did not have anywhere to sit other than two stools which made it very uncomfortable to sit in the evening and watch television.
