Etablissement incroyable (dans le nouveau batiment) salon en partie commune avec cuisine ouverte que vous pouvez utilisez pour vous faire à manger, des bananes offertes, une piscines très sympa, pas beaucoup de chambres du coup vous pouvez avoir la piscine assez souvent pour vous tout seul, chambre très lumineuse, séjour vraiment appréciable. a quelques minutes de marche du village des pêcheurs et de la plage de bophut.

Lunette des toilette jaune, elle meriterait d'être changé ou nettoyer à fond parce que ça dégoute un peu.

Hôtel très accueillant, la piscine est très belle, le village de fisherman est accessible à pied, les chambres sont spacieuses, clim, eau minérale fourni, il y a une cuisine qui est en libre service avec des frigos. Je recommande.

Friendly and approachable staff. It was a very pleasant stay. Less than 3 mins walk to fishermen village. I love the kitchen and open space but alas didn't have opportunity to use it.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit tollem Pool und Garten. Modernes und gepflegtes Haus mit großen Zimmern. Das Personal war sehr nett und wir konnten sogar schon um 12 Uhr ins Zimmer. Es gibt frisches Obst, Eier und Toast zum selber holen und machen zum Frühstück in der Küche, wo man auch gut kochen kann. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und man kommt innerhalb von 5 minuten zum Fishermans Village und ans Meer. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und ruhig.

The peace and quiet. Fantastic pool. Large bed. There is a shared kitchen and they provide eggs, bananas and bread for breakfast. It felt like being in a private villa without the price tag. So near to the madness of Fisherman’s Village but it felt like a million miles away.

Warm welcome on arrival. Relaxed atmosphere, free tea and coffee just help yourself. Kitchen with simple breakfast supplies to make whatever and however you like. Comfortable beds and clean, beautiful swimming pool area with beds and towels given without asking, 3 min walk to fisherman’s village.

Nothing. Only thing I would note is we had the cheaper room so was close to the busy road and could hear road noise but we slept well and had no issues with this.

We loved our stay at Baan yaimai! A quiet oasis in busy Bophut- excellent central location with the buzzing Fisherman's Village a few minutes walk away. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is beautifully furnished and the rooms very comfortable and clean. We loved the salt water swimming pool - heavenly. Can't fault it!

The property was a beautiful place with a lovely pool and the room was large with a stunning bathroom. It could cater for a family of 10 in one single house if you wanted to, there’s a fully equipped kitchen which is a great option if you’re sick of eating out

We got room no.1, a little close to the main road and noisy but not so bad.

The place is very well located near the Fisherman's Village and not far from the airport. There is a night market nearby which is a Thai street food heaven, especially for foodies like us. There is a shared kitchen where breakfast and coffee/tea can be prepared with goods available to guests. There are food stalls nearby where you can take away and eat in the kitchen. There is a 7-Eleven next door as well as massage studios. The pool is a good opportunity to relax after a busy day exploring Koh Samui and the islands. There is option to rent a motorbike from the place directly without the usual deposit of 5k or passport. Overall cleanliness is good in the room, pool and kitchen.

Our room was next to the street which makes it very noisy after 6:30-7:00AM. The drain in the bathroom was clogged which took 2 days to be fixed.

A wonderful place to stay. The pool and common area was immaculate and very well kept. The rooms were fresh, bright and cleaned every day. It was well situated in Fisherman’s village.

We were only allowed one toilet paper per day. This was strange and not convenient as we had food posining during our stay.

Beautiful property, particularly the newer building where the pool is. Short walk from Fishermans Village. Good value.

I would have preferred to have been in the newer building as my room was a bit dark, but this was reflected in the price I paid.

What a wonderful place to stay. It is essentially a luxury villa/home opened up and used as a guest house. Plenty of shared spaces to chill, work and cook. A really nice pool to relax in. Rooms are spacious, modern and with very comfy beds. Staff are super friendly. Just off the main street leading to fisherman's village.

We only stayed one night in a transit through Samui. It was a lovely surprise! We felt we were in someone’s welcoming lovely home (it is owned by a lovely Thai family and it was their private family home once upon a time) . We arrived a little early from our transit and they let us check in. The main building where we stayed was like a guest room in a large modern family home. it seemed the only guest room on the ground floor so it was really quiet. It had a large open plan shared kitchen with an American sized fridge. The infinity pool was very clean, warm and well maintained. The bed and room was super comfortable with plenty of storage and a large modern shower with hot water. The room was beautifully maintained. The AC was very quiet so We slept really well. The location is very near the fisherman’s village and the beach (literally an easy 10 minute walk). Lots of amenities in walking distance like 7-11, ATM, restaurants. The hosts also helped us book our very early 4:45 am taxi to Samui airport (only 20 min away by taxi) which went smoothly. would stay again when in Samui.

Baab yaimai was by far the best place I have stayed since arriving in Thailand 3 weeks ago. it’s relaxed and offers every amenity you would want. I highly recommend it.

Loved everything about the property. Pictures look okay on the website but seriously just stay here. The place is way more gorgeous than we expected. They provide you with basic cooking utilities, water daily, a gorgeous swimming pool. The bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious and clean. I cannot believe how clean this place is. The staff is 10/10 so friendly and go out of their way to help you!! take my advice and stay here, our only regret is we only booked 2 nights. thank you aunties and everyone for the amazing accommodation!!
