Very spacious apartment. Fantastic open kitchen space. Beds were comfy in all rooms. Check in and out process was super easy. Free on street parking. Ideal for events in Portsmouth or the Goodwood Estate

Putting a visitors pass in my car for parking for only two hours was a little inconvenient.

Loved everything about this property, especially how clean and spacious it was. Did not expect for there to be coffee pods, tea, salt/ sugar, iron and hoover. Toilet paper, soap, sponge and towels were also available! I was also surprised by the fact there was an office room which worked out perfect as I was also working from home.

The location was excellent for our purposes. Check in instructions were precise. The handbook is written excellently for anyone to operate installed equipment. Parking system works as stated and parking was available.
When my AirPods fell under the sofa (sofa bed in the hall) I found lot of dust underneath. Suggest to inspect cleaning service quality.

Yet another great trip to Southsea, and we much enjoyed our stay with Oliverball Serviced Apartments. The flat - with 3 bedrooms - was very spacious - with each of the bedrooms being of either a great size or decent size. We did not expect the little study room - and that was a huge plus for my son - and we appreciated the two bathrooms plus an extra toilet.
The flat was very tastefully decorated - all modern and with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was a huge bonus and provided the center of our living area. It was well equipped to a high standard - and the living space provided a comfortable quiet time in the evening.
The flat is well situated and within 5-7 minutes from Waitrose and the main shopping area of Southsea. It took me c.15-20 minutes down to the seaside - and I loved exploring the little roads with old Victorian houses. In all - it was a very quiet area and a quiet street and we barely heard any other guests staying.
The front door to the house was very hard to open - not sure whether this was just me or generally! I found it hard - every time I entered the house over a 9-day period!
The flat was exceptionally clean upon arrival, and with plenty of towels for our stay. We loved the soap and shower gels for our use. Considering that we had booked for a 9-day stay - we would though have appreciated more than 4x dishwasher tablets and 4x washing machine tablets!
More working areas other than in the 'bonus' room would also be appreciated! The stool in the main bedroom (to the sideboard) was not ideal but we highly appreciated the extra chair delivered during our stay. The staff / office was very attentive and helpful, which was great!

Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and plenty of bathrooms
The only small thing would be that the front door is down the side of the main building and the light was not working so was very dark.

Starter packs were good. Apartment was clean and tidy. Lots of hot water for all of us (6) to have showers. Hand and body wash available in all bathrooms. Towels were clean but only one bath towel each.
Would have like to see better facilities for re-cycling. The seating has only 4 chairs at the island, and it was a bit squashed on the sofas for 6 people and they were not really comfortable. The washer dryer took ages to finish the cycles and was loud if you were in the place at the time.

Very Clean and well equipped. Nice size for 6 people. Definitely one of the nicer apartments we have stayed at. Colin was very quick to respond to any questions.
Nothing to dislike. Was what we were expecting although there was a slight smell of drains in ensuite but otherwise ok.. it would have been nice to have map of how to get to Gunwharf quays but we found it by heading for Spinnaker tower.

Black out blinds or curtains at bedroom windows needed. Toilet in main bedroom kept repeat 'flushing' for ages after use. A bit annoying at night.

Modern well appointed, stylish fittings and decor. Comfortable beds and equipped for self catering. Location convenient for city and just a short inexpensive taxi ride from amenities.
Not enough seating for the number of guests to eat at a counter or table. Although it was easy to see the apartment was clean that was evident by the film of cleaning residue on every door handle in the kitchen. It just needed the attention to detail that a quick buff would have made all the difference. Glass ware was finger printed and not all looked as if it was dishwasher clean. Under the sofas was dusty and kitchen draw was dirty.
The extractor over the hob Wes greasy on the outside.
The most disappointing issue for our family as the lack of water pressure, very nice shower enclosures with a very old fashioned water flow. If the sink in the main bathroom is used then the water in any other room stops.
Got this reason only we would not return
