We had to come to town for a funeral. This property was very nice, exactly as advertised and a relief to have the accommodations covered during this tough time for us. The property owner’s communication was excellent. We’d highly recommend this property if your travels take you to this area.

Great stay for families. We were in Cleveland for a graduation with a multi-generation family ranging in age from 0-83 years old. This house is functional for all, with a first floor walk in shower/bathroom and bedrooms that worked well for my parents (60s) and grandma (80s). My husband, myself and two young children were very comfortable in the two bedrooms upstairs with our own bathroom. I recommend bringing doorknob covers or a baby gate for extra peace of mind if you have a very active toddler. Loved that we had laundry available if needed. The layout is ideal, location is perfect and the neighborhood is charming. Will stay again if we ever return to Cleveland!

I thought the house was nice with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Easy to get around to everything we needed.

Everything about this property was amazing. We looked all over to find the perfect spot to spend the holidays with our son and daughter in law and we found it here. This home is so cozy, clean and well stocked from kitchen to bathrooms. We would definitely rebook this home.

Everything we needed for family of 4 visiting our son who attends college in Cleveland. This is our third experience with this owner (second property). Both houses were very comfortable & adequately stocked for cooking at home & relaxing while visiting with family. Highly recommend.

I've stayed here twice with coworkers. No real complaints, but I'd trade one of the bedrooms for an office given our longer stays.

Perfect for our needs
Great updated house. It was furnished with everything we needed and more. It was better than advertised. The house is clean, sleekly decorated, and very well equipped. We came here after my husband was discharged from Cleveland clinic from open heart surgery. We stayed for a week. We chose this rather than a hotel and it was the right decision. It’s about 15-20 minutes to the Cleveland clinic main campus. Frank was quick to respond when I communicated with him.

Everything was beyond expectations!
The home was beautiful and perfect for our gathering of 14 people. The kitchen and living room were open and allowed for all of us to be together and celebrate my daughters graduation. Frank was available at all times and went beyond being hospitable! Neighborhood was wonderful for walks and enjoying the resident Momma deer and her baby. I just can’t say enough how perfect the accommodations were and how convenient the location is to the museums and wonderful restaurants Cleveland has to offer. Thank you Frank for everything!

Perfect House!
We traveled to Cleveland for a family occasion, 5 adults and a one-year-old. The house was exactly what we wanted for all of us to be together. There are 2 bedrooms and bath upstairs and 2 more bedrooms and bath downstairs, so the setup couldn't have been better. The house was newly remodeled and everything was brand new, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Frank was super accommodating and let us know he was available if we had questions or needed help with anything. I highly recommend staying here!

Great house for a weekend in Cleveland!
This was a great house for us! We were in town to attend a family wedding, and this house gave us a little time away from the craziness of the wedding festivities. It was the perfect size for the six of us, and was much more comfortable than a hotel would have been. Clean and well-maintained. We will consider this house again the next time we find ourselves in Cleveland.

Great house for a visit to Cleveland
The house was in perfect shape and Frank went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. He purchased and delivered additional kitchen utensils upon our request, and paid a personal visit, after asking our permission, to be sure we had all we needed. The house slept 8 comfortably, and there was room enough for all to have meals together, though not at at the same table.
Several supermarkets within a few minutes' drive and 20-30 minutes to downtown.
Would definitely recommend to friend or relative.

This property was the perfect home away from home rental. It was very clean, well stocked with so many amenities that were unexpected. The decor was pleasant, the bath towels were fresh and clean the neighborhood was safe and quiet. We will definitely rent this home again.

Great house for two families
Spent 3 nights in the house while in town for a ball game and to visit the Rock and roll hall of fame. Two families with kids and the house worked out beautifully. The upstairs is very private with two bedrooms and it's own bathroom. Frank was very accommodating and very quick to respond to our one question about needing a BBQ brush (he dropped one off 10 mins after I asked about one).
Would definitely recommend this property if visiting Cleveland

Quiet and serene place!!
I stayed with my family for a month and it was an absolute delight. The kitchen was great and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I will highly recommend it!!

Just right!
This updated home was the perfect place for us to stay. We were in Cleveland for a sad family event and our family plus some extended family were able to stay in comfort. It was so much nicer and convenient than a hotel would have been for all of us. Frank was a wonderful host and he was easily available if we had any questions. The house was clean and beautifully redone. The large kitchen was a terrific feature and the bathrooms were very nice. We also liked the nice, quiet neighborhood.
