Conveniently located close to Cleveland clinic, shuttle bus service offered to and from hospital. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was a good size. Quick and easy check in.

Room cleanliness was not good, the bed sheets/pillows and bathroom towels had several dark hairs on them. The nightstand had sticky cup rings like they had never been wiped down. There were crumbs on the floor like the carpet had not been swept.

Hotel was very nice, and clean. Beautifully decorated, and was extremely clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was nice, and the bathroom was well stocked. The location was close to the attractions we were in Cleveland for, as well as surrounding areas.

Parking. There were only five street side parking spots, and everything else was valet parking. This really needs to be mentioned in the description, as well as the pricing due to the room rate was not factored in along with the $50.00 deposit that was also charged. The rates are misleading, as it began with $199.00, then add the deposit, then add the valet parking fee of $24 to that as well. The parking situation is the reason that we will not be returning as we should not have had to pay for parking. Very nice hotel, but got charged for parking when that should have been part of the rate. We were perfectly fine parking our own vehicle, and walking to the hotel. However, that was not even an option. Huge parking lot across the street from the hotel, but you were not allowed to park there unless it was valet.

Hotel and Rooms clean. Staff professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Easy access, shuttle service available to Cleveland Clinic. Exercise room and pool great, clean, and available. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was robbery, $18 for horrible food. Pool is only 3 feet deep, NO PARKING VALET IS TERRIBLE

Location was good the room was nice and loved the wet bar but the staff went above and beyond helping us and accommodating when my partner got in a serious car accident and I was stranded.

The prices were high and we were in an adjoining room which I hate cause I can smell anything being heated or cooked in the other room. When I tried to change rooms when rebooking, which I did pay more for, was told I had to keep the room I had cause they were at capacity.

We had several breakfast options. The location was perfect.

I prefer parking myself, but the valets were super nice and professional.
