Geetha's communication from the beginning was excellent. She also left us valentines chocolates and sweets, such a lovely touch! And she bumped us up to a larger room because it was unoccupied when we got there, which was really lovely. The location was 15 minutes walk from Norwich centre which was ideal for us. Property was clean, tidy, beautifully decorated, and considering the location was opposite a pub, very little noise at all for the entirety of our stay. Facilities of the shared kitchen were excellent, and it was great having a microwave, fridge and kettle in our room.

If being really picky, the motor in the fridge in the bedroom became loud at times, which woke us up in the night. And the TV signal was poor...but we didn't come away to Norwich to watch TV so this didn't bother us! And this is just something to bear in mind for people looking to book this property: If the car park at the back of the location is full, finding a space can be tricky as most residents nearby park on the roads, and the streets in the area are narrow.

We loved our stay and Geetha, the administration, was absolutely lovely and always ready to help us. We also loved the extra treat with the kinder chocolate in the room! Abhi

The lady who owns the property is very helpful and she communicates if any issues. the house-keeper is a lovely lady and extremely kind and so helpful.

It was a last minute booking so it wasn't anyone's fault but a lot of communication which was both good and at times distracting. I had found the property on last minute so if I had booked in advance then we wouldn't have had this problem.

I had to stay and work from the room for a couple days. the room is comfortable ans has all the necessary amenities. Shared kitchen is well-furnished and spotless. The TOBS Hotel is well located near convenience shops and nice walks (Earlham cemetery nearby). There are a nice restaurant and a nice pub just across; but this does not mean there is noise outside, the place is very quit. Geetha, the host, was really helpful and very quickly available to sort out booking, even for last minute booking and amends.

My room (suite 5) was a bit dark during the day because first floor and had a van parked in front of window. also the room was quite cold, I had to push the electric radiator strong to feel OK; but once that was on for a while I was fine. In contrast the common areas (corridor and kitchen) were well warm. Shower is in good state but again could get warmer.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff that work there and a very easy booking process. all information was easily accessible to make checking in easy. to rooms were very clean and great value for money. 100% would recommend and would stay again.

The room itself was simple and nice

We reserved 6 rooms/the entire apartment which were all on the ground floor. All rooms were en suite, with kettle/fridge, heater/fan and comfy bed. The Kitchen area was well equipped. Geetha was very friendly and provided excellent access info and went above our expectations by provided us information on parking, road works that were being carried out and places to eat/drink etc. Followed up with message to check everything was ok for our stay. The photos are a true reflection of what to expect and I would definitely recommend this property.

Only issue we had was there was road works going on, so it was difficult to initially find the property and to get access to the car park. Also, trying to get taxi's in Norwich was not so easy, however this is no fault of TOBS.

Nice place to stay, really confortable and Geetha is really nice and attend you to make sure that everything is ok.

Location was perfect for us. Right next door to one of the best pubs in Norwich and a short distance from some very good food options. Accommodation team were really friendly and helpful and the room itself was clean and just as advertised.

The check in instructions were a bit long winded. A lot of repeated information and link to the property location map was to an address in London. Also the check in form is not hyperlinked so you have to manually search for it and it's quite a long web address.

Gheeta was the perfect host, always on hand and readily contacted to ask if we needed anything, amazing.

Everything!!!!! Great location, Close to local amenities, safe and secure feeling, absolutely spotlessly clean and comfortable. Can not fault this place. Easy check in and building monitored 24/7 by cctv (so absolutely secure). One of the best stays I have booked. ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!!!!!!!!! Wish more places that advertise accommodation were as truthful. GOOD ON YOU GEETHA YOU HAVE NAILED ACCOMMODATION !
