La ubicación es muy buena el único problema que ya conocía era la inexistencia de parking, pero por lo demás correcto, limpieza, etc, la únicas pegas son las siguientes : solicitamos poder entrar sobre las 12 o 13 horas, ya que mi mujer estaba operada de protésis de rodilla, llegamos al lugar nos pusimos en contacto con los telefonos que aparecian en la puerta y uno era del padre que de desentendió totalmente y dijo que ese tema lo llevaba su hijo, al que llamamos entre 3 y 4 veces hasta las 14:17 horas no contestó a mi llamada via whasap, dandome las indicaciones de acceso, código etc, eso era lo único que me tenía que haber mandado la mañana del día 5 sobre las 12 o 13 horas (un simple whasap) y haber podido dejar el equipaje y no tener que ir cargados hasta las 14: 30 horas y por último un rollo de papel higienico cuesta poco, muy poco pero no sabe uno lo necesario que es cuando te dejan un pequeño rollo casi acabado y no dejan al menos 1 bajo el lavabo. Por lo demás todo correcto , pero estas pequeñas "cosas" pueden hacer que un establecimiento baje de categoría innecesriamente. Gracias

Buena ubicación, pero ¡ojo! no es fácil aparcar cerca. Habitación pequeña, pero limpia y con un baño decente.

Nuestra habitación daba a un patio interior... poco sugerente. El tamaño es justito y el armario, coj la nevera dentro, pequeño si vas más de un fin de semana.

Great location on the edge of the old town and a few steps from the Marina. Good size room, modern bathroom with fabulous walk in shower. Lovely welcome drinks in the fridge, thank you! Rooms 1&2 overlook the pretty street, some of the other rooms don’t have that view. We were supposed to have the room with the pretty little balcony (room 2) but the lock on the bedroom door jammed and couldn’t be fixed that night so we had to move to room 1 which was Identical but no balcony. Manny responded very quickly to the problem and was great at keeping us updated. The communal kitchen was useful for making tea & coffee.

Not much to dislike - The pillows were a bit flat & hard!

Shambolic management of these apartments. Read the small print so you can actually find the place! I just saw the general direction from the ferry port and got within 50/60 metres of the correct location but I cdn't find the name anywhere. It took a phone call to the nominated contact person who then said I'll text you the address. Well he didn't?? However, I managed to decipher what he had said on the phone plus a neighbour also pointed me in the right direction. Having found the address now you have to get through the downstairs main/front door. Now IF the code had been sent as per the promised access instructions then maybe this would have been possible, but hey ho no text/email/whatsapp message so no getting past that front door. By pure luck I guess, I pressed the buzzer and the cleaning lady opened the door and I explained who I was. She then made a phone call and she obtained the access codes for the key box which is outside the first floor apartments and this gives you a set of keys for the main door to the 3/4 apartments and the communal kitchen plus the key for your apartment. Now this was about 2.30/3pm and it was cold then so I put the heater on. It was warmer on the small balcony which overlooks the pedestrian street below. TV was almost not worth turning on, such was the selection. I could go on but you can surely get the drift! WYPIWYG.
