Fantastic location overlooking one of the Old Town squares, with the swifts whirling around the church top roof by morning and night, and the Town Hall opposite, with the tunnel to the Castle in the adjoining plaza Seconds away from Calle Loreto full of bars and restaurants, and a 10 minute walk or so down to the seafront. The apartment was spotless, with high quality furniture and bedclothes etc, great aircon and sympathetically decorated, and great Whatsapp comms by the owners. Tip: the entrance is in a small doorway to the RHS of Tasca La Carme (the dark red building) and you access it by a code you are sent after 2pm (check in time) - all very easy.. we arrived early and had a drink downstairs in the square!

Apart from maybe a full sized mirror, and a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries, everything was perfect. But that's being ridiculously picky, it was all fabulous!

Location was great. About 10 minute walk to the beach and right next to the castle. The restaurant below also did the best patatas bravas that we have tasted all of our trip (and we had a lot). Appartment pretty spacious and clean. Air con worked really well.

Kitchen could maybe have done with some more cooking utensils (maybe vegetable peeler and some sharp knives).

3 flights of stairs, which would've been fine, although with a 19 month old baby, not easy to reach the apartment.

Nothing really - maybe a few more pots for cooking and a bread knife and carving knife would be help more if you wanted to cook.

It has a nice location to walk around and go to see some stuff. The apartment itself is pretty nice and has new facilities.

it can be a little bit cold in there (they offer you electric heaters) and balcony even you have it but you almost can not enjoy it

Super place. In the middle of Old city, just next to the castel of Denia. Lots of cafes and restautants. Good communication with the owner. Self check- in - you don't have to worry what time do you arrive. Coffee, tea and sugar in the kitchen. And the most important- really big windows which is not common in old houses .

Customer service.. horrible. They couldn't be bothered to organize the parking (although they mention it as a facility) and pointed me to just park in a public parking 10 min away Also, despite asking several times for the invoice ksee screenshot), I still haven't received anything (and it's been around 10 days since my stay there)

the mattress is rather for heavy people or those who like to sleep on rather hard mattresses. earplugs recommended since at night outside it could get loud

The location was excellent and it was quiet at night time. The owner, Jaume responded to texts quickly.

Perhaps some water in fridge on arrival would be a nice gesture.

The flat is in wonderful condition. It has everything you need to feel at home-awesome water pressure, well equipped kitchen, and wonderful communication with the host. I will absolutely be recommending this and hope to stay again soon!

Location was perfect, you could walk to the marina or to a local restaurant. The appartment has a decent size suitable for a couple.

Well, I booked the trip early November so it was a bit cold in the appartment. (no heating) Also, the appartment is located in the pedestrian area surrounded by bars, so it is a bit noisy at night. I would imagine in the summer time is even worst. Do not expect to find a parking spot on the streets, you would have to park your car in the underground parking located a few hundred meters from the appartment.

We were told to leave the hire bikes in the hallway but the neighbour complained. No satellite T.V. Electric hob difficult to operate and there were no instructions.After struggling with it we were sent a pdf manual in Spanish.
