Highly recommend staying at villa tuscany mansion. The property is perched on top of a hill overlooking the ocean. A quick golf cart ride and you're at the beach. There is so much to do on the Rio Mar Resort and the house can help arrange an array of activities. Every detail has been though of and communication is easy! We had 19 people on the property and it didn't feel crowded. Everyone had their own space.

What a wonderful time we had at Villa Tuscany. The house itself is just amazing with all the amenities and all of the staff we had interaction with were so hospitable. The owner Diana was also great with communication and helped us to make memories to last a lifetime.

Everything was amazing from start to finish. Diana was great to work with- so accommodating and professional. Chef Jose and his crew went far beyond our expectations. Keila and Georgie were there whenever you needed to make sure everything flowed smoothly. The house was beautiful, immaculate and well-maintained. We will definitely be back again!

We traveled with 19 family members and the property was perfect. There was plenty of space and it was wonderful having all the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The house pool and view were beautiful (pictures don’t do it justice) and we especially loved the “neighborhood” beach and pool. Although there is parking at the beach, definitely rent golf carts as it is easy to zip down the road to the beach (about 5-10 minutes). We can’t wait to return!

My family had such an amazing time in Puerto Rico. Villa Tuscany is a beautiful home and we absolutely loved it!!! Diana and her team were nothing short of wonderful and I’m so appreciative. I’ll definitely be back and staying at Villa Tuscany!

This amazing house has everything!! Spectacular views, increadible architecture, spacious. We had 20 family and friends and there where areas for everyone. The pool table and ping pong table were a hit. The bar area with TVs by the pool was great. Watched football while on the pool and opted for a BBQ night with the Chef. The art throughout the house is great!! The Chef is a must!! We did the all inclusive He was the highlight. We all couldn’t wait for the next meal. Every single one was excellent, really impressive, they were beyond our expectation. He also took care of one person with allergies and to some vegetarians he made increadible dishes substituting meat that were out of this world! We loved a coconut curry rice that was exquisite. Excursions: We opted for the private catamaran, we went snorkeling in crystal clear waters. The men loved the Bacardi tour too. Highly recommend this property, the location, the level of service and the staff was really a pleasure! We will definitely be back next year , by popular demand ! Words and pictures can't begin to describe how awesome our stay was. Our Sept 2017 ladies trip was one of the best by far. Diana and her crew were so helpful and professional. She is never too busy to answer questions or assist with details from transportation to and from the airport all the way to a bday cake needed. The property amazing beautiful and able to accommodate so many guest. But the highlight of the trip was the chef Jose the food was phenomenal we were provided three meals per day with their all-inclusive package so so worth it. His staff was amazing this place is 10 stars

Another summer making amazing memories. Cousins (kids) all stayed in the lower lever where there's 4 bedrooms and 2 additional sleeping areas and a huge smart TV. They had movie nights every night. All adults (4 couples ) in the 3rd floor bedrooms. Loved the excision to Culebra island, (flamenco beach is always in the top 10 beaches in the world) great snorkeling. The rain forest trails are a must!! The chef was the best!! We didn't waste time cooking and doing dishes for 18 people. Food was amazing and he accommodates all diets ( 4 vecetarians and some kids picky eaters) Best part is always sharing time together. Spent time playing pool, ping pong , at the pool bar with TVs and in the pools and beach. Kids loved the surf boards and boogie boards. Another summer full of priceless moments. Specially as our father gets older our priority is making memories.

Beautiful large home with amazing views of the ocean and the Resort. Nicely appointed. We had a great time with friends and co-workers. Some areas (minimal) of thehouse were under repair at the time of our stay but the experience was very pleasant. Highly recommended it!

Villa Tuscany is beautiful and comfortable with numerous amenities. Made more perfect by all the staff. Diana and Demaris went out of their way to book transportation, activities (kids), and to make suggestions. Our group size changed because of an accident but it was never a problem. And then group size changed again, happily because of a quicker recovery than expected and again all was handled. Jose (chef), Jayme, and Michael were outstanding. Food was awesome and they just did everything to make it a perfect trip. Of course Puerto Rico is beautiful, Villa Tuscany is a dream, but truly what is most impressive is the staff.

Just completed our third stay and once again, only great things to report. Villa Tuscany has quickly become our go-to vacation destination. This visit we had 20 people in the home and plenty of room. Highlights: * We rented 6 golf carts this time, rather than 4 as in past years. Highly recommend 6 carts if you have a full house * We again rented cabanas at the Wyndham Activity Pool and highly recommend that to have a home base for pool/ocean activities * Highly recommend Jose the Chef to create fantastic meals/appetizers. He's friendly, accommodating and everyone loves his creations * Frank the bartender is a great addition to your evening/dinner activities. It's such a luxury to be served around the hot tub. And Frank is an great conversationalist, talking about PR culture and current events There's nothing negative to say about this perfectly-maintained mansion. The property managers (Jorge and Kelia) will answer any questions you have. Don't look any further, book this property!!!

Our family just returned from an amazing stay in Villa Tuscany. We had nineteen people, spanning three generations and everyone agreed that this was the best vacation we have ever taken together! When planning the trip, I tried to find one house where we could dine together, and where everyone could have a proper bed in a proper bedroom. I considered all the various islands in the Caribbean. The more I searched, the more obvious my choice became... Villa Tuscany in the Wyndham Rio Mar resort, Puerto Rico. The house itself is stunning and very well equipped for a large group like ours. The villa has a large dining room table, and an adjacent covered patio with another large table so it was very comfortable to eat our meals. The views from the outside area were spectacular. Inside, the house has plenty of rooms to gather, including a pool table downstairs. There was also a ping pong table in the garage which we enjoyed. Plus surf boards, boogie boards, golf carts, a basketball court... really, there was nothing left out. The pool area outside is large and includes a hot tub, and enough lounge chairs for our whole group. Once again, the view is stunning. All the bedrooms were well appointed, and the beds and bedding very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and nice toiletries. We chose to use Jose, the chef, for all of our meals. He was amazing and provided a great variety of delicious meals. It's a tricky thing trying to make so many people happy, and he succeeded. He is a really nice guy, and we enjoyed the time we spent together. He and his staff know how to be present without being intrusive. I really can't say enough nice things about Jose. Really, everyone involved with our vacation was wonderful. Diana, the owner's daughter, is a real delight, and helped make everything happen. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she was always just a phone call away if we needed anything on site. Her local reps were extremely responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Damaris helped us with all of our transportation needs, and excursions. With so many people, there was a high complexity in our logistics, and everything went according to plan. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect family vacation.

Diana, Jorge , and his wife were extremely helpful in setting everything up! Everything was perfect and we had no worries for our wedding at the Wyndham:) We had family and the wedding party stay here and we all wish we had stayed longer . We look forward to getting people together for next year . Plenty of amenities and the pool/ jacuzzi was wonderful ! This place is worth every penny !!!!

The property was beautiful, the management team very helpful and there was something for everyone - from age 1 to 65!

I recently stayed at the Villa Tuscany for a bachelor party with 20 people. The house is amazing, it is everything you would expect. The picture really don't do it justice. With 20 people everyone had their own place to sleep it was amazing. The Resort is awesome great restaurants. The only thing that was frustrating was not being able to use the pool and pool bar because we weren't "technically" staying at the resort. The golf carts are a must, without them it would have been awful. It is a solid 10-15 ride by golf cart to the resort. The whole team involved from booking the trip, to the maintenance and concierges people made the trip very smooth and easy. The only downfall was the location of the house in relations to down town San Juan. If you are planning to go into town as much as we did. Its hard especially for that large of a group. It takes about 45 minutes and the transportation is $20-25 a person each way. So that got be expensive. Other than that a great trip and I would highly recommend it!

A great house with really nice people taking care of it. Beautiful ocean view, nice pool and hot tub... lots of seating all over the very nicely decorated house.

My family returned to Villa Tuscany with a large group and again had a wonderful time. When we arrived, it felt like we had just left, and a week later, on our last night, I shed a few tears walking through the dark house and having to say goodbye again. Every detail was perfect. The house is clean and well-stocked, the beds are comfy, the pool and view are amazing, the golf carts are handy and fun to drive, and the biggest concern we ever encountered was deciding which awesome activity to do next! We took a hike in El Yunque Rainforest, went to the beach and hotel pools multiple times, spent as much time as possible in the house pool and hot tub, and slept like kings. We also ate like royalty as well, with the fantastic Chef Jose preparing delicious meals twice a day (with special pescatarian options for me). My husband enjoyed the plentiful outdoor activities in the area, our 7 year old daughter loved everything to do with the water, and I was so happy to just relax and be so well taken care of. I cannot recommend this house enough (unless you're trying to go when I want to stay there). :)

Here’s how each stay compared on specific topics: Home: The Home was just as magnificent as we had remembered, and the addition of the pool table was a pleasant surprise. This time around we had 18 adults and 5 children and we had plenty of space for every family to have a “closed door”. The second floor suite off the garage did change slightly, losing the kitchenette and adding a full bed (that suite now has a full bed in one room and two twin beds in another room) Chef Jose: He’s just as amazing the second time around! Don’t hesitate… just include him on your vacation and you’ll be thankful! Also include bartender Frank as he’ll create unique, local beverages and is a great conversationalist! It’s a luxury to have a first-class chef prepare fantastic meals while a bartender circles the pool with delicious beverages. House Managers: Georgie and Kelia are great ambassadors to the Home. We had one air conditioning issue (it was too cool inside) and within two hours a repair man was replacing the thermostat. Golf Carts: We rented all 4 our first stay and all 4 this time around, they come in very handy. If you have enough people to rent this Home we’d recommend renting all 4. Cleaning Service: Our first visit we had full service provided each day, which seemed like too much (we weren’t in the Home enough to warrant a full clean each day). This time around we had tidy-up service only twice over the 7 days. I’d say somewhere in between is probably the sweet spot. Cabanas: We utilized the cabanas at the Wyndham pool for the first time this year (had 4 cabanas for 3 days) and would highly recommend them! The cabanas provided a spot for everyone to meet up and either go to the beach or use the Wyndham pools and water slide. We spent entire days in the cabanas and would recommend if you have a group that wants to use the bigger hotel pools and beach. Other Activities: We again chartered a private catamaran to snorkel and swim (Catamaran Getaway/TripAdvisor) and highly recommend them. We rented jet skis from Captain Ivan for the first time (Aquatica/Trip Advisor) and absolutely loved that. We also went on an ATV tour and it was just OK. We golfed at the Wyndham Ocean Course, which is beautiful. You couldn’t be disappointed with this Home or location. Thank you again to Diana for creating a hassle-free, first-class experience.
