Ne-a plăcut absolut totul. O locație unde cu siguranta o sa mai revenim. Excursia pe lacuri si canale a fost minunată. Check in efectuat foarte rapid, am beneficiat si de un upgrade al camerei.

Mi-a plăcut absolut tot! Personal amabil,curățenie desăvârșită,mâncare foarte bună,mic dejun...nu există așa ceva,liniște,piscine imaculate.

The luxury resort is located in the middle of the Danube Delta and it offers 5 star accommodation and service. We were upgraded (without asking) to a bungalow with direct view onto one of the canals. Big ships were sailing right in front of us. All services and facilities are up to the 5 star level. The food in terms of quality and diversity is incredible, the breakfast is probably one of the best I have experienced. We particularly enjoyed dinners where live music was offered. We even extended our stay by one day. There are 3 outdoor pools and one inside, Super clean and nice. Our kids enjoyed every moment. We will definitely come back. PS: if you are on a budget this may not be the place for you. But you pay for what you get: 5 star so for us it was worth every penny.

Au un departament extrem de profesionist care gestionează rezervările făcute pe booking.com: eu am venit acum pentru prima dată, iar acesta este un resort cu sute de camere, am scris câteva preferințe într-un mesaj pe booking.com și am primit exact camera pe care aș fi ales-o personal și în care mi-ar plăcea să revin, de acum încolo, cel puțin o dată pe an. Fiecare secundă petrecută în acest resort este o încântare. Masajele extraordinare nu ar trebui ratate. Este peste cuvinte și ar merita nota 20.

Romanian waiters are rude and need to be trained to be at 5 star service level. From the time that we sat down, Mihai was irritated that he has to serve as. Extremely rude.

Every is great to the the smallest detail, the parking, the boat trip to hotel, the welcome, every moment during the day, live music, the breakfast, each of the 4 restaurants, the pools, the spa ..and the staff is amazing.

great location, friendly staff, clean, beautiful grounds, nice breakfast. the Japanese restaurant was lovely and the food was very good.
the wi fi reception was very poor in the bungalows, even outside of the main restaurant. ridiculous for a 5 star. the food was ok but not great- the lebanese restaurant was a slightly higher level than a fast food - not worth the money.

Fantastic breakfast, great service at the multitude of restaurants on the territory of the hotel. The territory of the hotel is very well taken care of.
Overpriced food at the restaurants with no alternatives, as you are locked up on an island. Very expensive drinks, water etc. You cannot leave the "island" unless you pay the hotel, as they prevent any other tour operators from accessing their territory.
Incredibly loud music in the pool area - same 10 electronic music tracks have been recirculated for days in a row. No one really paid any attention when we protested. The live music was always on from lunch until very late in the evening. The high volume literally prevented people from talking to each other, unless one would ran away from the main restaurant area.
