Felt a bit unsafe after walking outside of the hotel. Sketchier part of town, it seemed.

The room was beautifully and stylishly done but no safety mat provide for very slippery tile shower floor so housekeeping gave me a cotton bathmat to place on shower stall floor as it was dangerously slippery when wet.

Location excellent with some great nearby restaurants, bars, and sights. Close... but not too close... to Beale St. Room (bigger studio) was superb, modern, clean, bright, quality furnishings, good linens-- I loved it. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'll be back when I'm in Memphis.

Man I miss in-room coffee. But whatever there's a coffee shop downstairs and they'll deliver to your room. Still.... Also hustle up and open that beautiful lobby bar! At the moment it's a giant laptop work area with a bunch of liquor you can't have.

I LOVED everything about this hotel! The boutique/cafe vibe, gorgeous rooms and the staff was exceptional!

Although I felt very safe, I do recommend the car valet(more money, i know but worth it), the hotel has their own private garage. The area seems to be a target for car break ins and thefts

I really enjoyed this hotel. It was like a small studio.

Only downside to the room was there was no shower door and the shower head wasn't the best. So the showers were kinda cold

We stayed on 1st floor. It is a little loud. More sound dampening would be nice somehow.

The staff. Exceptionally helpful. The night manager’s assistance with helping out with Booking.com rez when arriving flight was cancelled after a 6 hr wait. Great coffee shop, comfy, with house baked bread. The facilities, an industrial feel in a highly positive sense. I mulled about this hotel vs the Westin, and made the RIGHT choice.

Our hot water was inconsistent but the maintenance staff did their best to be prompt fixing it.

Very funky designed room. The building was formerly a factory built in 1913. The renovation is impressive but still has elements of an antique feel. Great use of small spaces. Unique fixtures and artwork designed by students.

Valet parking was less than ideal. Because a trolley stop is directly in front of the hotel, you have to park on a side street and walk around to the hotel for valet services. That also means that you cannot unload your luggage directly in front of the hotel. The location is within walking distance of a lot of great tourist's spots and restaurants. However, I did not feel comfortable walking to those locations in the evening. The hotel is located on the edge of a very urban area that is being revitalized. When we arrived, there were some with housing insecurity present. But again, the building is beautiful. I just wish it would have been located maybe a block further into downtown.

Good property but overpriced. Was expecting better amenities ( tissue and towels) were not of the best quality.

We loved everything about the Arrive. It was cozy from the time we walked in, all the staff were friendly and helpful and made our short stay perfect. I wish we had been able to spend more time here, and I feel like we got a great experience for the cost!
