"Le Beachcomber" (maison principale) dispose de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains, dort 10-11. Master Suite Deluxe dispose d'un lit King, taille couchette pleine canapé, une salle de bains avec une douche à l'italienne avec 8 têtes de douche de luxe, et un bain à remous, un 10x 10 walk-in (assez grand pour un pack n 'play ! ) Et un balcon privé! La deuxième chambre a un lit Queen et une salle de bains avec baignoire et douche. Le "Bunk Room" a 1 Twin XL lit superposé et 1 Twin XL sur un lit futon Queen avec accès à une salle de bains et douche.
Grande mise à jour cuisine gastronomique avec les fours doubles, des comptoirs en granit et spacieuse côté à côte réfrigérateur / congélateur. Micro-ondes, grille-pain 4 tranches, 6 quarts mijoteuse, nouvelle batterie de cuisine, ustensiles de cuisson et de couverts. Le garage a également une cuisine et salle de bains, pour les réunions de groupe!
Il est à 5 minutes à pied de la plage, pour profiter de l'eau, du sable et des couchers de soleil, ou au centre-ville de Francfort pour le cinéma, salons de crème glacée, des restaurants haut de gamme, et le shopping. The location is a short 1 block walk to the beach and downtown. The town is bicycle friendly. The house and Birdhouse are beautiful with all the amminities and more. So much character and comfortable furniture. Everything you need. Jerry was easy to work with and ready to answer any questions promptly. We all loved our stay. Thank you

We had a great trip to Frankfort! The weather was not the best, but the place was great and was close to everything. We had plenty of room for everyone and the house was fully stocked. Jerry was wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here again if we get a chance to come back!

We had a wonderful time staying in Frankfort during Fall Fest 2023. Enjoyed the parade, especially the Mutt March, the farmers market, the pumpkin drop and especially the Scottville Clown Bane while enjoying some St. Ambrose and Stormcloud in the entertainment tent. We lucked out on the weather. Enjoyed all the shops and some excellent food from A. Papano's, Dinghy's, Roadhouse & Old Town. Of course had to fill our Stormcloud Growler and pick up a t-shirt or two. Took the teenagers out to see Sleeping Bear Dunes. You know you've done ok when you can impress 3 16 year old boys. The house and amenities are wonderful and we had some cozy nights chatting and catching up. Thank you for sharing with us. Hopefully this will be the first of many Beachcomber & Birdhouse stays.

The house is lovely & is the most well-stocked of any vacation house I've ever stayed in, & I've stayed in a lot! Modern, clean, lovely decor & enough space that we enjoy each other. We loved the patio & ate dinner out there every night followed by a fire in the firepit.

Our family has been staying in this beautiful house for several years now…maybe six or seven? We have lost count! The house is equipped with everything we need and it’s so comfortable and clean. It feels like home, but better….with Lake Michigan just down the street. The owners are very helpful with a notebook full of tips about Frankfort and the surrounding area. We love the location-we can walk to the beach in less than five minutes. We also really enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops, the library, the bookstore…it’s all accessible from this house. While we are here it feels like home, but better! Catherine and Jerry, thank you so much for another wonderful time in Frankfort, Michigan.

My wife, 15 month y/o daughter and I stayed here for a long weekend and had a great time. The house has everything you could need, including beach toys, chairs, wagon, etc. and pack and plays and a high chair for little ones. Location cannot be beat and Jerry was really communicative and responsive. Hoping to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful home for a family/friend ski weekend
Our family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 7 & 9) and my best friend's family (2 adults, 2 teens ages 15 & 19) had a wonderful stay at this home! The 2 bedrooms with their bathrooms were perfect for the adults, and the bunk room was great for the 4 kids! The layout of the bunk room's bathroom in conjunction with the rest of the home was a bit awkward, but we totally made it work! There was plenty of room for dinner and games for 8 at the dining room table, and lots of space to relax on the couch after a day of skiing! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed and more, and the showers were hot! Everything in the home was clean and well-labeled, and the neighborhood was beautiful! The owners were great to talk to, and Crystal Mountain was only about a 20 minute drive away. We can't wait to come back next winter!

Our family of six stayed here while skiing at Crystal Mountain. Beautiful home with plenty of space for six adults to gather together for meals and fun in the living area while having private spaces. Having access to three bathrooms was wonderful. Highly recommend staying here. Owner was easy to communicate with and checking in was simple. Close to Frankfort Main Street dining options.

Fall getaway
Our experience was great. The neighborhood and location are perfect. The house is exactly like it was presented online. The master bedroom is fabulous. Just a couple of minor things, underneath the bed in the second bedroom upstairs was really dirty and the location of the TV in the family room is a challenge for more than 3 people. However, our overall stay was terrific.

Perfect home
I have stayed in multiple Rental properties over the years and this home is one of the best. We stayed in Frankfort after deciding to make a last minute ski weekend to Crystal Mountain. The check-in process is very easy and the home is perfect. The kitchen is the most well appointed I have experienced in a vacation home. The home was very clean. We had a lot of snow that weekend and someone came and cleared the driveway every day. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Quiet and Convenient
We enjoyed our stay at the Beachcomber. The property is in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood and is very close to the public beach and downtown shopping and food. The house is well supplied and very comfortable.

This house was perfect for our family trip to the Area. We planned coming to this side of the state to explore the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Coming in the fall, the drive to the dunes was very pretty. We found a lot of places to explore, some big tourist spots and some off the beaten path. The small downtown area is good for food options. The hosts are super easy to reach and were very helpful with questions throughout the weekend. We loved the fireplace and made good use of the large dining room for playing games. The kids felt pretty cool with their own space in the bunk room downstairs. Would love to come back here again during peak fall colors.

Upstairs beds were comfortable! Jerry was super to deal with from beginning of booking through end of stay. Only quirky thing was walking through the first floor bath every time we entered but we got over it. Probably best for small children only.Thanks for the use of your Frankfort home - many memories to savor. Just wish we could walk to the beach every morning with our coffee in St. Louis!Covid didn't deter us and most restaurants were open and took reservations - thanks Jerry, for the heads up on doing that prior to arrival!
