Montgomery Bay Lodge On Lake Gogebic
Montgomery Bay Lodge est un 4 000 pieds carrés entièrement meublé, quatre chambres, trois salles de bain avec terrasse enveloppante qui peut accueillir confortablement 10 personnes. Il offre une sensation rustique avec un revêtement en rondins et de nombreuses boiseries, mais toutes les commodités modernes d'une maison nouvellement construite.
La disposition du lodge comprend deux chambres et salle de bain complète au rez-de-chaussée (1 lit queen et 2 lits jumeaux), une suite parentale dans le loft (1 lit king, salle de bain complète), et une immense quatrième chambre et salle de bain complète au sous-sol débrayage (1 lit queen) , 2 jumeaux).
L'étage principal comprend un spacieux salon et salle à manger donnant sur le lac Gogebic à travers un mur de fenêtres. Great house in a private location with plenty of room for the family to spread out. House is steps away from the lake and great for swimming, boating, paddle boarding, fishing, etc. There is a restaurant (The Root Cellar) just down the road, but bring your groceries; there are limited options nearby (which host pointed out prior to or visit.)

Our group of 10 snowmobilers dwindled down to 2 but we made the best of the trip. This house would have been perfect for our group if there was only snow. The owner was great to work with, plenty of parking and very clean! Hoping for snow next year!

Spent a week enjoying the privacy and serenity this home offered as we toured the various sites in the western U.P. At times the lack of air conditioning was an issue due to the very hot weather the week we were there and the many uncovered windows and doorwalls, but the lower level was always cool and the views through the windows were wonderful.

This vacation was a celebration for my parents 50th anniversary and this house and location did not disappoint. As a party of 9, we all fit comfortably in the home. The property provided the privacy, peace, and serenity we were after. A great place to unwind and really soak in the beauty that nature provides. We had kayaks delivered to the house from Sylvania Outfitters, went swimming in the lake, caught some fish, and spent many nights around the fire. Jason provided a lot of information prior to our trip and was very helpful. Porcupine Mtn. State park was beautiful and enjoyed a meal at Konteka Black Bear Resort. If I had to complain about anything I would say some of the kitchen pans / baking sheets need replaced and possibly some trash containers to place trash bags in until you are ready to drive over to the dumpster. Nothing that stopped us from having a wonderful time and building memories that we will cherish forever. Thank you Jason for sharing your home with us!

We rented this property a second time for our family Thanksgiving week. It’s perfect for large groups and private retreats. The house is well stocked and welcoming. It’s like coming home to a clean house and you instantly feel welcome. The check in process and all communication from the owner was top notch. Don’t forget to turn off all the lights and stand on the giant front deck and check out the stars. Thanks for the much needed reset.

Great Time
Enjoyed our stay here, the tweens and teens especially enjoyed using the lake for paddle boarding and fishing. It would have been nice for the entire dock to have been in place but apparently it had been pulled because of a recent storm. The house was good for us, three blended families meeting from different parts of the country. Lots of room. Although it was warm in the late afternoon the house always cooled down by late evening which made for good sleeping weather. Would try this rental again if the families could each tolerate 1200 mile drives to get there.

Wonderful spacious waterfront UP getaway
This property met our needs wonderfully! Gramma & gramps got the loft. Grandkids got first floor and mom & dad got the lower level. Don’t let the threat of hot weather & no AC keep you away from MBL. That lower level was as cool as a basement. We stayed during record breaking heat in June and survived. I threw in an extra fan from home and glad I did! Jason was a great host. Easy to contact & quick to respond. He provided a fantastic packet of information. Almost missed his recommendation for Boulder Junction WI. Glad we saw it and took a day trip down there. So many things an easy drive from MBL. Would love to see it in the wintertime!

Beautiful property that is well located for a fun winter weekend. The home is located right in the snowmobile trails and within close proximity to several downhill ski resorts. Plenty of space for our family. Highly recommend!

Snowmobile Heavan
Jason was extremely responsive and accommodating for our group of 4 couples. He spent time giving me ideas for places to snowmobile, stop for food and explain the check in and check out process. The kitchen is completely stocked and ready! The only opportunity I noticed was you needed to bring drinking water, the water has a strong iron smell and flavor. We have a cabin with the same issue so we were prepared and not put out by that at all. I would go back again!
