Nice location, pool, exercising room, excellent staff!

No house keeping during our 2-night stay, not even trash pickup; this is hard for a family trip. Smelly faux letter trash bin. Not the best Fairfield Inn breakfast compared to others; few selection and not very tasty. However, staff work hard to keep food and drinks well stocked.

I loved the shower. It was so comfortable and I wanted to stay. Very nice staff. Staff pulled us through arrival and check in system quick. Was ready for us when we arrived.

There wasn't a menu of food places in our room. There wasn't a hot tub.

Excellent breakfast and beautiful new hotel. Enjoyed a complimentary glass of Spotted Cow beer on arrival.

Cleanliness of room was ok, but not perfect. It was concerning that the shelf raised above the shower floor was coming loose. If someone were to put their weight on it, there would be potential for a fall. We reported this when leaving. It's a beautiful newer hotel that needs to be maintained.

The breakfast was good, but could have had more options. The room was fantastic and the beds were comfy. The lobby and our room were very clean.

The price was too high. If it had been located in the downtown area, you could charge that price. For that price, breakfast could’ve been way better. Upon check-in, I only stated my name and I was handed 2 room keys. She didn’t even check my I.d.

The breakfast was great!! The variety was good.

The bed was comfortable but it was too low. Also the blanket material for the pull out couch was a little hard.

Pool was small, pillows to soft, breakfast sandwiches cold, things running out and not restocked. Loud music playing at 3 am!

The location was great - 5-15 minute drive from everything we wanted to do, and there’s plenty of parking at the hotel. The breakfast was fine; a nice selection of breads, fruit, cereal, yogurt, and some kind of hot meat and eggs and a pre-wrapped breakfast sandwich. I can’t say the quality of the hot food was stellar, but it met our needs. The coffee is very good, which I appreciate.

One morning all of the hot egg items contained cheese, which my partner can’t eat. Otherwise, it was nice to have the breakfast available.

I was fusterated because I spilled a sode on the sheets. After multiple requests to have them come and clean our room...they DID NOT send housekeeping to clean it. We said "well we need the sheets changed" so one of your staff came in and placed them on the table under the tv. I asked "are you going to help me put them on the bed?" (though I shouldnt have had to put them on the bed. Your staff memeber responded " no, thats not my job"??? We were charged a fee for housekeeping when we booked the room. housekeeping NEVER cleaned our room! I would appreciate a call from a manager to discuss refunding the housekeeping charge 608-434-1227

Everything. The presentation, the staff everyone was delightful

More fruits would be nice. But most importantly for different cultures don't have the same utensils for the pork products that you do the other foods. For example. The pork sausage and eggs.

Your eggs. In our room, our sink was broken and held water the entire stay. You have a closet that wouldn't even hold one of our bags. Your dresser was half size so we couldn't fit all our belongs there either. No little couch or two chairs. We had to call foe another chair. We called for a toilet brush and it took over an hour to bring it up and we were napping so they knocked multiple times waking us up. As far as your towels you need to put extra in the rooms. I asked for some so they didn't put any more in when they came to make the bed.

Great experience! Staff was excellent and anticipated all my needs and stay exceeded expectations. The hotel breakfast was very good too.

I don't think I can think of anything bad to write. Our stay was excellent! We will definitely be back!

Conveniently located fairly close to downtown Lake Geneva. Hotel is very new, room was nicely decorated, and was very clean. Complementary breakfast was good.

Reservation system was down when we arrive and still down when we left ( 2 Days) - no key card was issued so staff had to accompany us to our rooms - staff was very apologetic

It was clean, very close to our dance competition.

The bed was more firm than I personally like and pillows were too soft but everything else was great. I was pleasantly surprised at the Bloody Mary bar on Saturday morning!

Gentleman at front desk was helpful. When I called to check out lady was real nice. I felt like an idiot!!
