Hotel was lovely including staff. Location was perfect to walk to everything. Loved the view of the lake and the park behind the hotel. Had a wonderful time.

The location—within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the beach.
Disappointed in that our view was a little obstructed by the roof and AC unit on top. It left us with only a partial view of the harbor.

staff was super nice and super helpful! everything was clean. the quiet time hours were a massive plus! we had one issue with the people next to us screaming and cussing and throwing things and after we let the front desk know our issue, security was there to shut it down. the view of the lake was great and being connected to Gino’s East made dinner convenient and comfortable!
probably just the parking. didn’t really effect our stay but it’s a little tight!

The room was clean and pretty. Quick room service.
The bed was too soft and the pillows were too soft, firmer pillows would be better.

Location was great, we were able to walk everywhere! Our room was clean, comfortable and had a great view of the lake.
The pool and hot tub were super crowded even though it was January and not many people were staying there. I watched multiple people, including groups of 6+ walk over from the hotel next door (The Cove) to use the pool and hot tub. Not sure if there is an agreement between the two places but it was so crowded that using the pool and hot tub just wasn’t fun.

I like the room and I love the fireplace in the room. I like the small kitchen and the viu even though it was the parking lot. Next time I will get one with a view to the lake. I also like how is spacious the room was. It also had a lot of space for hanging clothes.
I didn't like that they didn't provide breakfast not even continental breakfast. For the price they should at least provide continental breakfast

Everything was great...Location to downtown is perfect. You are really close to everything at Harbor Shores. We had a Lakeview Room and is so nice to sit on the balcony and watch the lake and boaters.
Harbor Shores in my opinion is a little over priced. I know it is at a great location but still pricey and for the price you pay they should offer you a small breakfast.
