The only reason I have rated 9/10 is because the parking in Looe is so difficult, but this was not a reflection of the property- and there were great instructions about parking in the booking notes, a lovely stay :-)

The accommodation is very close to railway station, also the housekeeper lady is very helpful, she answers phone calls and gives helpful local advises , we really appreciate it.

no parasol for garden table for shade on a very sunny day. very important in my view. Also a small point but the plastic tables are very difficult to rid of all rain drops.

Going home

Walk up the hill, no parking , house needed to be updated, stairs were extremely steep , garden was a mess and the table was falling apart with no sun out the back and no seats out the front so when taking there seat to the front they were so old and rusted that dirty water dripped out all over the place,

Great location,very clean house with everything you need.

Double bed was ucomfortable,mattress was lumpy,neighbours were quite noisy,got woken up by children crying every morning and one night music playing at 2am.
