We had an excellent stay in this beautifull house! It included everything we needed, even the sun lotion, shower gels and tissues etc were available. Very convenient to have a fully equipped kitchen near the barbecue area. And the kids enjoyed themselves in the Pool.

We were 10 people staying in this big 5-bedroom house with parking space for 3 cars, a big garden and a big pool in a very beautiful place. Outdoors everything was well-kept with lots of flowers, bushes and trees. Indoors everything was tip-top clean, kitchen included all necessary equipment and tableware. The pre-information package of the house we got was very detailed and covered all our questions.

What an absolutely beautiful hidden gem of a villa. A little tempted not to post so that we can visit anytime!! However, the location and contact with the Landlord and their representative was smooth. No issues and no language barrier. The property itself had all the items we needed for our stay and more. We even left a few items ourselves for t hose coming in the future. It was very easy to locate with the directions from the owner and the local stores were easily accessible. The villa was clean and well kept and the utilities all worked fantastically. We can not fault the villa in any way and would highly recommend to anyone else planning a visit. We will definitely be staying there again in the not too distant future. Thank you to the owners and their team for a fantastic holiday. Just a shame it was not for longer. x

A wonderful villa in a peaceful location with stunning views. Everything you would need for a great stay with a young family, who especially loved the brilliant pool. Clear and simple check in process and brilliant communication throughout with the owner.

The villa was absolutely excellent and everything was as described. It was the perfect location for our family which is 7 adults. What made the villa so great for us was the huge terraces on both the upper and ground floor as there was so much space to relax. These areas were extremely well equipped with tables, chairs and sofa's. The view to the sea if great and even though their are properties on both sides it felt very private. The pool facilities were excellent as well with lots of inflatables etc. and loungers for everyone. Fantastic. Communication was absolutely excellent both from the owner and the welcoming host. Overall, very highly recommended and we'd return without hesitation.

Un accueil par Martine très chaleureux. Les propriétaires vous transmettent par mail un guide ultra complet du mode d emploi de la maison et des activités possibles à proximité. La maison est splendide et entretenue. Ses équipements rendent le séjour agréable.rien ne manque, elle permet sans souci d y vivre à l année. Un wifi un peu lent ( si vous êtes connectés à 8 oubliez le streaming) mais on n y va pas pour ça ! Tv avec chaînes françaises, couchages propres et matelas de qualité. Pas de clim mais c est inutile... eh oui la maison est située sur les hauteurs du village, des ventilateurs aux plafond de chaque pièce suffisent amplement à garder une temperature douce sans aucune gêne sonore ou de courants d air car ils peuvent tourner en sens inverse et diffusent donc vers les plafonds. La piscine est top et propre. Deux jardiniers mettent un coup de propre hebdomadaires au jardin et à la piscine. Salles de bains modernes et propres. Parking aisé. Je pense n avoir rien oublié. Je vous conseille cette maison on y a passé de super vacances. Jerome

Had been looking forward to getting away for a couple of years and we were a bit wary that there was no air con. Emmanuel assured me it would not be a problem as between ceiling fans and a mountain breeze that flows down the valley it would not be a problem and he was right. The villa is perfect with astunning sea view and beautiful pool area bbq area and we could not have been happier. I'm having to resist booking for next year.

A great Villa home with all the amenities a family group could want, Excellent pool, BBQ & grill. Washing facility, great i you have young kids, Stunning down the valley views as well. A great layout as well. Will definitely think about next year soon

Everything was perfect about the experience. The host was very informative and helpful with good communication throughout. The villa is beautifully kept, spacious and stylish and the location is wonderful.

We hebben een ultieme vakantie gehad. De informatie vooraf en het contact tijdens de vakantie waren super. Konden gewoon in onze eigen taal contact houden via whatsapp. Het huis is zeer compleet, Van peper en zout tot olijfolie en handzeep. Heel veel handdoeken en speelgoed voor de kinderen etc. We waren met 3 kinderen van 9 maanden en 2 van 2 jaar en er waren 3 kinderbedden geregeld en kinderstoelen. Meer dan we konden wensen! Ook een hele goede WiFi en het zwembad was perfect schoon. Veel goede restaurants in de buurt en het strand en dorp moraira met de leuke marktjes op 5 minuutjes rijden. Geweldige week gehad. De woning is nog beter dan we op basis van de foto’s hadden verwacht. Alles was goed geregeld met volop de mogelijkheid om vragen te stellen als er iets niet duidelijk was. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om naar het dorp te gaan. De wegen zijn nogal steil. Dank je Emmanuel en Martine.

The villa is very spacious and well maintained. The outside furniture was a lovely feature. The pool was big and well kept. Great location for Javea, Moirira and Calpe. Excellent communication with the owners.

Der Ausblick ist wunderbar, das unterhalb liegende Tal und danach das Meer. Einfach super. Ein toller großer Pool, Grillecke und Lounges zum Verweilen.

Die Villa bietet alles, was man sich wünscht: genügend Zimmer mit Deckenventilator, zwei Küchen, großer Pool. Ab und zu ist die Sicherung rausgegangen, wenn zu viele Geräte gleichzeitig liefen z.B. Spülmaschinen und Herd plus Föhn, aber das fanden wir nicht so schlimm. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen :)

Hemos pasado una semana de descanso y de relax en este alojamiento , es muy tranquilo, el interior y el exterior son muy cómodos y acogedores . Hemos disfrutado unas vacaciones de relax y de descanso en familia . Para ir a la playa hay que coger el coche pero merece la pena para llegar a la playa del port ,y la atención de los propietarios a sido muy buena y sobretodo Martine que ha sido un encanto , esperamos volver a verla o allí o en alguna visita que nos quiera hacer en Toledo , estaremos encantados de recibirla .

We waren met z'n 9enen. Eén familie. We hebben genoten van het ruime huis. Alles was aanwezig. Rond het zwembad was alles ook in orde. S' avonds waait het bijna altijd, dat moet je even weten, truitje of vestje mee. Maar het is niet storend.

La casa muy bien pero la ubicación no era la mejor. Necesitas un coche para moverte.

La casa es preciosa, con mucho espacio e intimidad. La piscina es grande y muy bien cuidada. La zona de la barbacoa un plus. Hemos estado muy a gusto y tanto el propietario como Martine, encantadores.

Un excellent séjour dans cette villa très belle, très bien située, proche de tout, entre Alicante et Valence. Nous étions 8 et ne manquions absolument pas de place! Un espace extérieur très agréable avec un barbecue et une plancha ainsi qu’une grande piscine. Intérieur soigné avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et dîner tous ensemble! Aucune fausse note, je recommande fortement! Merci à Martine ainsi qu’aux propriétaires répondant à toutes nos sollicitations rapidement!

La casa es una maravilla, no le falta detalle. Hemos estado muy cómodos y lo hemos pasado muy bien hasta el punto que apenas hemos salido. La comunicación con Emmanuel, excelente para cualquier cosa. Sin duda, para repetir.

Nous avons passe 2 magnifiques semaines dans cette belle villa. Nous étions 2 familles et nous avons particulièrement appréciés tous les équipements de la villa (plancha, barbecue, salon de jardin, 2 logements super équipes ...). Merci à Emmanuel pour tous nos agréables échanges et à Martine pour l accueil à la villa. Nous avons l habitude de louer des villas ... celle ci est au top : qualité supérieure pour un prix raisonnable. Je recommande.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this villa. We stayed with 8 adults and one baby. This went very well. It is a very spacious villa. In real life it is even more beautiful than in the photos. The view is beautiful. The pool is wonderfully large with nice sun beds around it. The location of the villa is very pleasant. Several supermarkets at a distance of 5 minutes drive. The beach is also nearby. We recommend the market in Moraira on Friday. Moraira is also very pleasant in the evening. A city visit to Valencia and Alicante is definitely recommended. The owner and Martine are very nice and helpful. We once had a problem with the power and boiler. Martine was at the door within fifteen minutes to help. Great service! In short, a wonderful villa in a super place with a friendly owner.

This is our second time staying at the villa and we just love it. The 2 weeks went far to quickly. There is nothing we can fault. It is spacious and so well equipped you will hardly want to leave the villa. We really enjoyed all the new outdoor furniture this visit with the highlight being the multi colour pool lights which the kids had hours of fun playing in till up till 10pm. We swam most days from about 8am through to the late evening. The BBQ area is great which is how we cooked most night as well as enjoying a number of cooked breakfasts on the outdoor gas cooker. everything is thought of and catered for from well equipped kitchens, extra beddings, toiletries in all the bathrooms plus the big bonus - mozzie netting on all windows so at night you can keep you windows open and enjoy the cool valley breeze. The villa is well situated from both Valencia and Alicante airports, Benidorm and all the water parks and attractions - we loved Aqua Natura. Javea and its stunning beaches are 15 minute drive away plus there are lots of other local beaches with great restaurants so you really are spoilt for choice. The area has lots big supermarkets open all hours within 5 minute drive away the Mercadona has the most incredible seafood counter. Dealing with Emmanuel and Anne is a pleasure, they are both so helpful and efficient and provide so much information on the area. Martine the caretaker is on hand if you need anything and greets you with a hug and kiss, We loved out stay at Los Pardos and hope to return one day.

We stayed at Los Prados for 1 week in July, 10 people - 5 adults and 5 children (8, 9, 9, 11 and 12). It was very hot as always in the summer, and maybe we missed air con just a bit, but all the rooms have fans that worked well. We cooked at the villa almost every day, and used the outdoor BBQ often. The kitchen is well equipped for those wanting to cook in the evenings. We also ate out in Moraira a couple of times and there is a lot of good restaurants to choose between. There are plenty of nice beaches to visit, in the PDF that Emmanuel provides you can read more about them. Emmanuel was excellent at communication throughout the entire process - always very quick to reply and friendly. Emmanuel - thank you for being so helpful and kind to us!
