Toller Ausblick aus dem Zimmer. Nettes Personal und leckeres Essen.
Die Lage ist zwar für den Ausblick etc. Sehr schön, es ist aber ein sehr langer Weg von unten in Kandy nach oben zu kommen. Tuktuks fahren diesen Weg ungerne.

La cuisine du restaurant est moyenne. Il y fait très chaud particulièrement le matin.
L’accès aux chambres du bas n’est pas très pratique, ni beau. Toits en taule assez vilains.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fox Kandy. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by newly appointed General Manager, Meyen. Rooms had exceptional views, and they were clean and spacious. Loved the concept of rooms having glass water bottles that are refilled everyday. Environmentally friendly approach to reduce use of plastics. Beautiful and well-maintained gardens. Loved the infinity pool. Pool area is bit small but didn’t bother us as it was not crowded. I find staff are mostly very friendly enthusiastic and helpful. Breakfast and Dinner Buffett are exceptional. Our whole family enjoyed their lovely food. I noticed General Manager Meyen personally supervising dinner buffet and talking to guests. Meyen is a lovely person and I feel we were well looked after. He is also open to feedback and suggestion. I can honestly say this is one of the best hotel experiences I had in Sri Lanka. Thank you !

everything was perfect ...view breakfast room...mainly in sri lanka there is issue of insects in most of the resort but only here i found they fully take care of this thing and took precautions to avoid insects in room.

Words cannot describe the beautiful views from our room. We awoke to the most awe inspiring sunrise in the mountains. The staff were attentive and always helped us. The rooms were a great size, shower was amazing!!!all kept lovely and clean. Infinity pool designed to keep in touch with the surroundings was delightful. Food was beyond tasty. Huge selection. Truly enjoyable stay. Looking forward to our stay in the Fox Resorts in Jaffna for our next visit.

Beautiful location. Amazing view from the infinity pool! Great room, excellent bedding. Beautiful panoramic restaurant. The food is excellent and all the staff very attentive.

The staff were fantastic and very friendly. The room was clean and restocked daily. It was a little windy so we didn't use the pool but it looked great. The food was decent. The views were great.
The location is very difficult to get to even by car and it is not walkable into Kandy City. They also do not have driver accommodation. We enjoy walking and found it frustrating not being able to walk into the city easily.

The food was not good. They need to improve the quality of the food.
The hotel is more than 4.5 km from the city (not 2.5 as Booking.com states) and is very difficult to locate and difficult to get up the step hills.

I really liked the location of the hotel. It was a bit of driving uphill but the view from the diningroom is amazing. The personnel is very nice, professional and helpful.

actually everything looks great from the facade of the hotel: very polite staff, nice view from the balcony, good variety for breakfast. but when you look deeper - this hotel doesn’t cost it’s money (I paid $118 per night) at all.
We were given the room earlier check-in time, that was great!
- wind noise even with the closed balcony door.
- VERY VERY dirty window - you can enjoy the view only with the door opened
- issues with locking the balcony door
- bad coffee, really bad
- quite an old room in general
- a/c maximum temp was 24 degrees
- no additional blankets in the room

Difficult to make it up to the hotel on a bus because of a narrow road and many turns.

Everything here was perfect! The views are just stunning! The infinity pool is fabulous and the staff are so helpful. Lastly, the food is first class served in a restaurant with some view!

best breakfast we had in Sri Lanka. beautiful building - very fancy. lovely infinity pool and great views over the mountains. staff were very lovely and attentive. if they updated their rooms and got an alcohol license they could charge twice as much.

The view from the resort is overwhelmingly beautiful.
The way to reach the resort is really steep plus if one is reaching there post sunset it becomes 10 times more difficult as there are no lights.

Quiet place with beautiful mountain views, aspecialy from the dining area. The city is quite close it will cost 700-800 LKR to reach it via tuktuk. The staff is very frendy.
Note that the hotel is on the hill, the good thing the tuktuks are managing to climb it.
If you stay for multiple nights, the breakfast is very similar every morning.

The staff was super attentive! Also the view and the hotel itself were amazing. We only staid for a night sadly, but would have stayed longer if we could! :)
The road leading there was not great and really steep, quite confusing too. Pay attention to the signals and you'll be fine though.
