Doggone Fun 3bdr UVA Home w/ free breakfast.
Ceci est une maison d'entrée sans clé 3 chambres, 1000+ sf avec 3/4 d'acres clôturé dans la cour. Il se trouve à moins d’un kilomètre et demi du stade Scott Stadium et du stade 29, mais dans un quartier calme et sûr. Il est entièrement meublé et comprend un barbecue, un mobilier de jardin et un vélo d’exercice. Nous sommes à distance de marche de O Hill piste cyclable / promenade qui est chien amical. Nous sommes les animaux de compagnie.
Cette maison est située près de la ligne de bus, mais Uber est également un appel facile. Les restaurants et Dürty Nelly sont accessibles à pied, mais la cuisine est entièrement équipée et les épiceries sont proches.

It would have been more comfortable with a few lounge chairs to accompany the love seat size sofa. Otherwise, it met my expectations and would recommend. It's not set up for spending time at the house which worked out for our busy weekend

A good little spot for a couple nights stay. Only gave 4 star on property condition as it is an older home versus a new reno rental (note: still an excellent rental). Host was excellent with any communication we had.
I drive a full size truck and the driveway easily could hold another two vehicles.
The kitchen is fully stocked and you shouldn't have any problems preparing meals during your stay.
Overall, great convenient spot.

The location is fantastic and we were very happy with our ability to communicate with the host. Very accommodating and welcoming, we enjoyed our stay.

To begin with, both exterior doors were very difficult to open and secure at night.
Back yard was not conducive for animals.
No electrical outlets in either bathroom
Full bath ceiling began leaking as we got up this morning???
Watching television is a nightmare.. no one process just to watch regular TV!

We especially appreciated the breakfast items (I was delighted to see the Keurig machine and a selection of K-cups provided!), children's books, and a few toys provided. The instructions for where to find things were spot on. We could not find a can opener or a 13x9 baking dish when we wanted to bake something for supper, but other than that we had everything (utensils and cookware wise) we needed to do our own meals. The location was easy to find, and very close to highway access. When we visit Charlottesville again, this will definitely be at the top of our list of places to look into.
