Appartement entièrement rénovée en 2013, située au cœur de Porto à 15 min de l'aéroport, 15 min de la plage et 600 mètre d'une station de métro. Vous trouverez de quoi vous restaurez à quelques mètres et vous pourrez effectuer vos achats dans un grand centre commercial à moins de 5 km.
Le logement comprend 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain et 1 WC séparé. Une cuisine entièrement équipée avec four, micro-ondes, plaque à induction, frigo américain, lave-vaisselle et lave linge sont à votre disposition.
Vous disposez d'une connexion internet avec WIFI, d'une télévision dernière génération et l'appartement est entièrement climatisé.

The holiday was enjoyable and the accommodation clean with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Easy access to the metro.
The description of the house was slightly misleading as the 2 attic bedrooms are small with a very steep staircase. A queen bed in these bedrooms would leave no room to move about. One was only suitable for young children as the doorway and height of the room is so tiny.. The description stated there were 3.5 bathrooms (assuming one was a toilet?) but there are 3.

Beds a little uncomfortable and check in involved sending messages on my phone rather than through VRBO, which was tricky in another county.

We had a very comfortable stay here. The property was clean, the check-in was easy and it was perfect for my two teenagers, my sister and I. Would definitely recommend!

We had six adults in our stay and we all loved it! Close to grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and cute shops. The Metro station is only a short walk away to take anywhere so that made travelling super easy. It made our adventure perfect for our first trip to Porto and Portugal. Absolutely beautiful.

I travelled with 3 friends and we had a lovely stay. A large, spacious apartment with everything you need.
One bedroom is only suitable for a child and as the door is so small, and another room is a single so we ended up sharing two double bedrooms which was fine as the rooms were spacious.
The host was very accommodating and we managed to check in early and leave late!

The property was exactly as described - very clean, spacious, and accessible to many things Porto has to offer. It is close to public transportation and in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The hosts are extremely kind, accommodating, and responsive - highly recommend staying here!

Owners reached out as soon as we left the country stating we left stains on their walls and charged us a fee of $600. Asked for proof yet to receive any. Will dispute the charges.

The apartment was clean and attractive. However, VRBO listed as 4 bedrooms EACH with a queen bed. There were 2 nice en-suite bedrooms on main floor. A very narrow steep staircase led to 2 tiny bedrooms each with a twin bed. One was so tiny my 5’10” girlfriend could not stand up in it There was a bathroom on that floor. Since I had informed the host of our ages (60 plus) she should have warned us. The smallest bedroom had an entrance door 4 feet high. The AC/heat in main room did not work. The ice maker did not work

The apartment is absolutely beautiful! It's in a great location and only a few minutes walk to the metro station. The furnishings are very comfortable and my whole family felt at home . There was plenty of room for all of us. We loved our stay!

Great place to stay. Clean, accessible, great set up. 5 of us enjoyed our time at this location. Although not in the historic district, it was a short metro ride away. Portugal is easy to navigate. My only suggestion- it would have been great to have a printed notebook that gave you some insight to start your journey - like go right out the front door to the metro; awesome restaurant about 200 meters away; grocery store 50 meters on your left. Just some quick suggestions. Other than that - it was awesome.

This was our first group visit to Porto and at first we were unsure of the location. However it was an absolute gem of a place to stay. It was a 5-10 minute walk to groceries, shops and restaurants, 15 minutes to the Metro station and just a few more steps to a lovely garden bar called Academico. The property was excellent and easily accommodated our group of three couples (six adults). Would we stay there again? Absolutely!

Very nice and good location with 2 big and 2 small bedrooms and a wonderful kitchen. We enjoyed our 4 days stay very much. Communication with Dona Manuela was in French (no English).

We had a great time! This house is perfect for a big family. The location was good too. I love the Barcarola restaurant in the corner, great prices and food. I highly recommended this place. A great value house.

Loved staying in this beautiful apartment. Everything as advertised. The residential area is quiet and was nice to come back to after sightseeing. There is a grocery store and great local restaurant just 5 minute walk away.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The interior was very pleasant and spacious enough to accommodate all 5 of us. The Air Conditioning and windows were also very handy in Porto’s summer climate.

Quiet neighborhood 10 mins on Metro to downtown Porto. We had a rental car and found parking closeby no problem with quick access to highways. A nice bottle of Port greeted us on the table upon arrival. Recommend highly!

Overall a nice place and solid value. Check in process a little difficult but it worked. 5 minute walk to Metro.

Issues - no checkout instructions and poor communication with on site representatives.
Accused us of leaving property with trash everywhere. Attempting to charge us 400 euros for property damage that was already there. Marks on stairwell paint and stain on couch.
While we did not leave unit spotless it was fairly clean and feel that the charges they are attempting to get is uncalled retaliation

I stayed in this beautiful condo for one month while in Porto. Everything about this condo was fabulous and it became my home for the month. My family joined me and we were all very comfortable in this 4BR 3 full bath condos. The kitchen is well appointed and we had breakfasts and dinners at home on most days. Dona Manuela, who greeted us, was always responsive to our needs. It truly is a great place to stay and we all said, we would rent this condo again.

The property was clean, with large rooms and a nice living room with adjoining kitchen which has all the basic things we need not buy in our own. Location is a bit far from the nearest metro -10min walk. There are 2 flight of stairs. The local host and the owners were always accessible and ready to help us. Thank you Marie Therese !

Enjoyed the house and Porto. House is spacious and has very nice old features that give character to it. Busy road in front is the only downside (especially at night a lot of noise).

This property was huge. We were a group of four staying in Porto for 4 nights. The property has everything you need for a larger group. The only downfall was that the beds were really hard, and the key to the building was really sticky so we got locked out a few times. The host was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay :)

We had a lovely stay at Paranhos. The apartment was very nice with everything we needed. Dona Manuela greeted us and provided instructions on using appliances etc. They apt was immaculate, well furnished and supplied. Don Manuela gave us tips on restaurants and transportation. The apartment is located close to the metro station , which we used to travel into Porto. The owner lives in France but was very attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this apt.

Great choice for Porto stay
The living area is especially nice, with a large kitchen, dining and living area, all well-equipped and comfortable. We’re 3 single ladies and enjoyed each having our own full bath. The 2 main bedrooms are on the main floor. Up a flight of stairs are 2 small bedrooms and full bath. The neighborhood restaurant the host recommends is super. Parking on the street was usually easy, except for when the music school across the street was letting out and parents sat in their cars waiting for them.

The Best Place We Have Ever Stayed
We had trouble leaving the apartment because it was so comfortable and beautiful. Our host was knowledgeable about everything, the subway was fairly close, but the neighborhood was quiet (except for the neighbor,’s dogs barking a lot). The TV, when you figure it out, gets Netflix, so you have something to do when it rains if you have an account.
We loved every minute and wanted to stay longer!
