Classic Kiwi Bach with a modern touch
Chaud et confortable, le bach est bien isolé, bien chauffé et dispose d’une cuisine moderne. Vous êtes à seulement 2 minutes à pied de l'une des plus belles plages de Nouvelle-Zélande et à 15 minutes en voiture du centre de Dunedin. Vous pourrez déguster un barbecue sur le pont ou vous rendre à un excellent magasin de poisson-frites à 5 minutes à pied. Nous acceptons les animaux domestiques et la propriété est bien clôturée afin que votre chien puisse se promener en toute sécurité autour de la pelouse.
La plage avec vue sur l'océan est l'un des secrets les mieux gardés de Dunedin. Nous avons vécu à Dunedin pendant 14 ans avant de le découvrir en 2004 et nous vivons ici depuis. Sept kilomètres de sable blanc à 15 minutes du centre de Dunedin. Le temps est généralement meilleur que dans la ville avec une température moyenne d’environ 2 degrés. La plage est souvent assez déserte, alors ne soyez pas surpris si vous êtes le seul humain en vue. Si vous avez de la chance, vous pourrez peut-être rencontrer d'autres visiteurs, comme on voit souvent des otaries sur la plage, des otaries à fourrure et des manchots sur les rochers près de Brighton.

The Classic Kiwi Batch was clean, comfortable and very warm for our winter stay. Ocean View is a great spot, nice and quiet with easy access to the city and surrounds. Would love to return to see the upgrades that were commencing right after we left.

What an absolutely treat! An amazing getaway. The house was so incredibly well set up and comfortable, we couldn't have wanted for more and the best part we could take our fur baby also.
I'd highly recommend this to anyone, you won't regret booking the Bach.

Small and cozy stay in a seaside town 15 mins from Dunedin. Flat lawn fully fenced, great for backyard cricket/rugby with the kids. Bedding good but sheets a bit crinkly/noisy for us, we prefer cotton for feel/quietness but that's just our preference. Would def stay again!

Loved this bach. Excellent comms with the lovely owners. Liked the location right across the beach, perfect for sunsets and sunrises. Perfect for kids as it was fully fenced. Great value everything we needed. Thanks for having us!

This bach exceeded all expectations. We had such a lovely time. Our children were entertained with the garden and ample things to play with. The beach was such a treat to walk to everyday and the drive into Dunedin was an easy one. We would definitely recommend this stay!

I stayed at the Bach with my dog Zara. We both loved it. Warm, clean and a fenced yard for Zara to explore. We will definitely be back! Thank you :)

Stan & Heather supplied everything you would need & it is a lovely, tidy, warm home.
Would definitely go back & take our dog next time. Heaps of fenced in space & the beach is right there. Wish we had stayed longer!

The best place we have stayed in the South Island. The accomodation was lovely and had everything you needed plus. The beach was stunning and literally a 2 minute walk. Close to the fresh choice green island. Would 100% reccomend and stay again. Thank you!

Perfect spot to relax on our last two days on South Island. A simple lodging (as promised) that had all we required. Walked the beach early with only two others in sight. Listening to the birds as we enjoyed the morning sun on the patio was a treat. And the stars!

The property is small but very cute and comfortable. There are plenty of amenities and 2 heat pumps keep it very nice and warm . Great location with wonderful beach very nearby and a short hop to the spectacular tunnel beach . Very close to Dunedin

We had a lovely time in Dunedin with this place as our base. It’s 18 mins from the city centre, and a 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The house was super comfortable, and had everything we needed.

We love staying at this perfect little getaway! The house is comfy, clean and has everything you need. It's next to the beach but close enough to head to the city. This is the first place we check out if we have to come to Dunedin.
And they allow you to bring your well-behaved fur babies! Could it get any better? ( I think not!)

Great property, clean and cosy. The location is a fair way from the Dunedin city centre. If you looking for a more central location, Brighton is not for you.

Arrived late to find the lights on and a warm inviting house. Fantastic location between the airport and the city. Friendly hosts who checked on us in the morning, made us feel welcome and assured us to ask if we needed anything at all. We had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this place to stay.

This is our second stay at this property and I wholeheartedly recommend it. The house is clean and tidy and has everything you need to for a comfortable stay. The beach / location is beautiful and it is a real bonus to be able to bring our dogs with us.
