Stunning Lake House Right On The Water - Huge Deck, Amazing Views And Sunsets
Rénové toute l'année, maison chauffée au lac, entièrement meublée; cuisine entièrement équipée avec 2 réfrigérateurs pleine grandeur, cuisinière, micro-ondes / hotte, grille-pain, cafetière, mixeur, vaisselle / vaisselle et coin repas. Le coin salon comprend une grande télévision à écran plat avec satellite et magnétoscope / DVR. En bas a également une salle de bain complète, laveuse / sécheuse et baignoire / douche. 2 chambres en bas (à la fois avec de nouveaux lits queen et a / c) et une mezzanine à l'étage avec 2 lits jumeaux, peut accueillir 6 personnes au total (8 si le client apporte des matelas gonflables ou des sacs de couchage). Tous les draps / couvertures / oreillers et serviettes de bain inclus.
L'extérieur comprend une immense terrasse avec des meubles de patio, un barbecue à gaz, une vue magnifique et des couchers de soleil impressionnants. Seulement une demi-douzaine de marches descendent vers une plage de galets à une extrémité du pont ou vers le quai à l'autre extrémité. Il y a un foyer et un kayak pour 2 personnes pour le plaisir! Situé sur une route sans issue calme avec une limite de vitesse de 5-10 mph; dernière place sur la route sans voisin au sud. Très paisible et privé!
Situé très près de la route des vins du lac Cayuga avec de nombreux vignobles à une courte distance en voiture ou en bateau. Il y a aussi 2 terrains de golf à quelques minutes. À environ 32 km de route, vous trouverez des parcs Ithaca (y compris le parc d'État de Taughannock Falls, le parc d'État Robert Treman et le parc d'État de Buttermilk Falls), des gorges, des cascades spectaculaires, des restaurants, des magasins et un grand marché fermier. Découvrez la boutique Bass Pro située à proximité d'Auburn. Aussi Mackenzie-Childs (poterie incroyable!), magasins d'antiquités et gastronomie Aurora Inn à environ 10-15 minutes ou repas décontracté au King Ferry Hotel ou au Fargo Bar and Grill. Treleaven et Bright Leaf Wineries à quelques minutes, ainsi que Long Point Winery qui est près de Long Point State Park. Tant de choses à faire et à voir dans la région pour vous occuper tous les jours, ou vous pouvez simplement rester sur place et profiter du lac!

Wonderful property.
All information on this property was accurate and the owner was responsive and helpful. The kitchen was stocked well with all accessories you could need. It is a short ride to a general store and a bit longer to civilization, which our choice was Ithaca (approx 20-30 min ride). We greatly enjoyed our vacation. Thank you !
and certainly the view wasEXCELLENT ! If any boat renting is needed the staff was fantastic at Cayuga Lake Boat Rentals.

Was a nice spot. Our family had a good time. Could use ladder to get back on dock from water and chairs for by fire pit. Didnt want to take nice chairs over. Great location. Had a blast

We had a good time overall. The views are spectacular and the location is mostly private. The house itself has great potential. It just wasn’t very clean. Sheets smelled of sweat, bathtub was full of soap scum and my husband spent over an hour cleaning up in the bathroom alone. Dead bugs everywhere, bugs crawling in the bed. We had to do quite a bit of cleaning before we were able to settle in. I eventually had good communication with Lianna but there weee delays in response l. But the cleanliness of the place could have detracted from an otherwise relaxing vacation.

The house was beautiful on the inside and the views were breathtaking. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all pans, plates, bowls and glasses you could need. It was really nice that they had 2 refrigerators. One for all our drinks and one for the food. The fact that they were the last camp on the road made for privacy. The neighbors that they did have were extremely friendly.
They allowed us to use their boat hoist which was a major plus. It was so nice to be able to get up in the morning and get right on the lake for fishing and fun. If you are an angler, this is the place for you. We caught trout, bass and perch right off the dock. It was an amazing vacation and would definately stay again.

Very nice property. Perfect for 2 couples. Loved being right on the water. No dishwasher which wasn't a big deal for us, kayak needs new seats but these are minor things.

We had a wonderful time at this house for the week. The house itself was nicely updated with a very comfortable large sofa and a fully stocked kitchen. But the true star is the big beautiful deck right over the water. Stunning days gave way to the most gorgeous and majestic sunsets I've ever seen. There is also lake access right from the deck steps, where you can take out a kayak, paddle board, or ring raft and just float about while watching some local boats go by.
The only caveat, as others have mentioned, is the distance from amenities and some things to do. But once you get the lay of the land, you just have to plan to drive a bit for most things. The markets are about 20-30 min away. There are some nice wineries and a brewery with beautiful views as well - some places serve food some don't and most close around 5:00. Seneca lake and Scaneatles are about an hour away at their closest points. Lastly, the road the house is on is a narrow gravel road that takes about 5 min at 5 miles an hour as there are other homes, people, pets along the way, so there's no "running out the house" to pick something up. However, without that road you don't get the great lake location, so it's worth it and you get used to it pretty quickly.

The cottage is as good if not better than the pictures show. The sunsets were incredible. The kitchen and living area were huge, open and airy. All amenities one would need. We grew up going to a family cottage very nearby and this location was special for me and 4 of my siblings. We hadn't been together in 8 years. We fished, kayaked, floated around the lake, it was an incredibly beautiful week. We are hoping to book for 2 weeks next year! Communication with Leanna was perfect, we had zero issues. Highly recommend! Neighbors great too!

The house is just as stated - quiet and peaceful, in a beautiful location. We were treated to amazing sunsets every night. This lake is absolutely beautiful! Perfect for boating or just sitting on the decks and enjoying the sun and sound of the waves rolling in. I have to mention the neighbors; they are very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Wonderful vacation

This property was exactly as the pictures appeared. The house was well equipped with everything you would need - great kitchen appliances, etc, furnishings and outdoor fun "toys" for the teens. I would highly recommend it for a great time on the lake.

Property fit our needs perfectly. Nice owners and neighbors. Only negative is it is 30+ minutes away from Groceries and Cornell.. wonderful memories far out way and other minor issues.

We did some GiGi g and relaxing and enjoyed wineries and brewery. It was a bit far from Ithaca whatcha we were there for graduation but it wasn’t too bad. Certainly a nice ride. Lianna the host is great and gets back to you for anything you need

The pictures really don’t do this house justice- the water views and deck and dock are just fantastic. We loved using the kayaks and paddle boards. It is for sure off the beaten path though! Which is nice and secluded but do plan to have what you’ll need. You won’t want to leave the house it’s so relaxing!

We had a fantastic week! Highly recommend this home for a very chill and relaxing week. My only recommendation for a stay here is to make sure you have the groceries you need. It’s quite a drive to anything other than general stores. We loved the Bright Leaf Winery that is basically a hop skip and a jump away. My teenage boys enjoyed fishing and caught some huge lake trout.
The sunsets are amazing too!!

We had a wonderful week at Lianna’s lake home. 4 adults, one 12 year old, one 5 year old and an infant. The home is exactly as pictured. Clean and comfortable, with wonderful views of the lake and sunsets. Neighbors on only one side who were very nice. The water is clean, clear and refreshing. We swam every day. Even when it rained! We utilized the kayak, the tubes, and the paddle boards as well. Directions to the house were easy to follow. We visited the wineries, hiked at Watkins Glen and Taughannock falls, and spent many hours on the deck relaxing and swimming. I got a few fantastic pictures of an osprey carrying off its morning meal to the nest. Loved everything about this place. We will be back again for sure. Only one minor thing, the kayak seats need replacement but we managed fine. Thanks for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us!!!

We had a beautiful week at this quiet lakeside house! There was plenty to keep the kids busy, good proximity to breweries and vineyards as well as numerous hiking trails. The area was very quiet and the views from the deck are magnificent! We will definitely be back, we love this area!
