Beachfront 3 Bedroom/ 2 Bath Condo in Gated Complex with Pool, Tennis
Ce spacieux condo de 3 chambres est situé sur la plage avec des levers et couchers de soleil majestueux ainsi qu'une vue sur Hilton Head, le phare de Tybee et l'entrée du canal de navigation de la rivière Savannah. Il y a beaucoup de lumière dans cette unité d'extrémité avec des fenêtres latérales et la réserve naturelle en bordure offre une intimité. Il est joliment meublé avec 3 téléviseurs à écran plat haute définition, la radio satellite Sirius-XM, une toute nouvelle cuisine entièrement équipée, 2 vérandas et des salles de bains haut de gamme. Ce condo est au premier niveau avec un accès facile via un escalier ou un ascenseur. La chambre principale a un matelas à plateau-coussin king de haute qualité et une salle de bain complète comprenant une grande baignoire et une douche séparée. La deuxième chambre a un lit king et TV HD. La 3ème chambre a un lit queen. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans la buanderie. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis. Vous profiterez de la piscine communautaire et des courts de tennis. Une connexion Wi-Fi sécurisée est fournie gratuitement à nos clients. Le condo peut accueillir un total de 6. Le complexe est fermé. Courts de tennis et de pickle ball sur la propriété.

Everything was great. We had a small issue getting the gate pass. We had help on the phone in an instant. He stayed on the phone till we figured it out. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was perfect.

This condo was great. It was right on the beach. The condo was beautiful and close to everything. The manager Lloyd Kilday was great and easy to work with. Would recommend this place to anyone who goes to Tybee. Got to see dolphins from our porch everyday. Loved the amenities and loved the privacy of the beach. In walking distance to great restaurants.

This is our second year staying and we were so happy to enjoy this condo again! It is so nice and clean, the bedrooms and accommodations are so comfortable and the location is perfect! Highly recommend!

We would highly recommend this rental property. It's an end unit on the first level of the Bay View Villas. Very peaceful and quite. Walked down the quite streets to the Tybee lighthouse in 25 minutes and walked the beach back.
We used this spot mostly as a base for our daily adventures to downtown Savanah (an easy 25 minute drive away) and it worked out well.
Great amenities, TVs in every room, clean, and very comfortable beds. If you are looking for a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle, this is a good spot for you.

Went with family for a week. The place was awesome. Loved having in unit washer/dryer. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony was perfect for coffee and sunsets. The private beach was great for swimming. Great location for shopping and restaurants too. Definitely recommend.

We stayed at this condo during February 2024. We found it very clean and exactly as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked with working equipment. The condo is conveniently located for Tybee and Savannah trips. We will be staying here again.

Condo was spacious and beds were comfortable. Property was as described. We enjoyed the view and watching the ships pass. Location on Tybee was good for those not wanting to be close to pier but within a bike ride. We rented bikes one one and toured the island which I highly recommend. Very easy drive to Savannah.

The condo was better than expected. Great location, clean, all needed accessories (coffee maker was my wife’s primary need), spacious. The balcony off the master bedroom was fantastic, you could leave it open at night and fall asleep to the ocean, and in the daytime you could see the dolphins. Very laid back and quiet. Highly recommend.

First time in Tybee. couldn't ask for a better place to stay. the site is on the end and quiet. excellent access to the beach and pool. Also great proximity to everything on the island. was able to rent a bike from Tims which is walking distance from the condo—more than enough room for 4 adults. The only real negative thing is the tennis and Pickleball courts weren't in excellent condition and not easy to get to. but not discounting this just a note. will recommend to anyone to stay there.

View was covered by the vegetation on the dunes, does not look like the main picture shows, very overgrown. You can barely even see the boardwalk to the water.

From the moment we walked through the door, until the time we left, this condo was perfect! Beautiful sunrises, sunsets and dolphins everywhere! From the livingroom, bedroom and balcony the view was perfect! Shrimp boat was an awesome experience to watch, as well as the cargo ships. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals, the beds were very comfortable, and the condo was decorated nicely. Also very clean! It was a short walk to the beach which was not overcrowded.
Lloyd and Catherine go above and beyond to make your stay perfect! Southern hospitality at its best!
We are planning to come back to this condo in Tybee Island in the Summer of 2025.

We were so impressed with this condo, it truly was everything we were hoping it would be. It was super clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The pool was also great and the beach access was super convenient! And we got spoiled seeing so many dolphins every single day, I think every other vacation destination is ruined for me now! Great restaurants and shops super close by, it really is a great place to stay!!

We stayed north beach Tybee in a condo… it was beautiful and very comfortable for us! The hosts have it very nicely set up for a stay. Very nice people and very beautiful condo! We had a wonderful mother and daughters vacation!

Condo was clean and well stocked. Very short walk to the beach. The beach was nice and quiet. We watched dolphins from the condo balcony and the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping.

This condo is amazing! Immaculately clean inside and out. Very comfortable beds. Large spacious master bathroom, large deck with a beautiful view of the ocean. We saw and/or swam with dolphins every day. Many container ships and fishing boats passed by on a regular basis.
Great places to eat especially -huccaPoohs -within walking distance. Highly recommend renting bikes. You can see the entire island that way. Don’t forget to check out the pier and the $20 run buckets are incredible. Great Shelling on the beach right outside the condo. Very nice pool too!

The condo was spacious and comfortable. The view was not good. The sand dunes have so much overgrowth and briar vines it interferes with view. Also plastic and other trash has blown in it. The lock with the gate pass is not user friendly. No directions on how to close it back. FYI, hit the clear button then put in the code. The plastic cover barely hangs on. The beach is private. Not crowded at all. There are hundreds of cannonball jellyfish (don’t sting) that come in with the tide and stay on the beach. Also horseshoe crabs. Pay to park about everywhere. $4.00 an hour.

The property was the perfect choice for our family vacation. With easy access, quiet community, comfortable king beds, and nicely stocked kitchen. The outside deck was an added bonus for dauphin watching, and waiting on ships. There was not one down side to our stay. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful experience!

This is a great property in a quiet residental setting. We felt safe and secure at all times. The sunsets views from the condo were amazing. We enjoyed the boats coming by and stirring up the dolphins. We enjoyed seeing the big cargo ships coming and going right in front of us. The place was so quiet and we had the most restful and relaxing time there. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for the week.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was beautiful and we saw dolphins just off shore several times. We brought binoculars along and did a lot of big ship watching, too! Loved the short walk to the coffee shop and pizza at Huc-a-poos. Very laid back area and quiet. Beds were comfy, lots of room for all of us. If we ever make it back to Tybee, we will stay here again for sure!

This condo is a perfect place for friends and family. Great location and very roomy. Each room has its own tv, comfy bed, and plenty of pillows. You might need to pack a throw if you like to wrap up in one while relaxing. Over all, wonderful condo and Lloyd is so helpful for all your needs.
