Located in a quiet area within a short stroll from the city centre, yet close to the main roads into and out of town. A bijou property with all you could need for a self catering holiday, but close enough to the many eateries available in downtown Fort Collins to allow for dining out if you wish.It was a joy to wake up each morning and watch the squirrels running up and down the trees nearby.

Great location close to the centre of town, fun yard with hot tub, cornhole and fairy lights, lovely spacious property with good amenities, and greeted with home made cookies!

Nothing - it was great!

The property is first class, comfortable, with every amenity required for self-catering. The outdoor areas were well maintained with the front lawn cut regularly throughout our stay. The property is ideally located on a very quiet street, yet just 15 minutes stroll to the Old Town with its many shops and restaurants.

There were multiple ways of making a cup of coffee - but no kettle for making a cup of tea. A minor issue.

It has such charm and loved the coffee!

The bathroom is very small... but can't be helped.

This quaint home was amazing and the location was great. I loved the decor and the home was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The amenities were first class. The host was super accommodating and even left us fresh baked cookies upon our arrival. If we are ever back, we will definitely try our best to stay there again!

There is literally nothing about this property and this stay that we didn’t like

Amazing location, BEAUTIFUL home- really can’t ask for a better deal. We had 5 adults that fit perfectly and comfortably the entire time! The backyard is awesome and we found ourselves out there whenever we were home. I can’t wait to stay here again the next time I come to Fort Collins!

It was a perfect set up for a weekend getaway!
