the location was great.

the breakfast was lacking. we arrived an hour before it closed. most of the food was gone and never refilled. our bathroom tub shower had mold and all the caulking was missing shower leaked water all over the floor.

That our reservation wasn't in their system, and we had to wait to get a room after he looked to see my confermation number, but it wasn't there. It was frustrating. If you bill my credit card I will have it denied, as I paid it with an alternative means. THis made for a most stressful evening.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good, especially the Cinnamon Rolls-big hit with my son! Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Front desk was excellent. Our room was having AC issues and they were more than accommodating moved us right away. Breakfast was really good.

413 needs a new mattress! Topper didn’t work to hide the sagging middle. TV small compared to other hotels.

We liked that the hotel was on the new side. We thought the bed was comfy. We liked the location of the hotel. It was in a good area of Ft. Collins. And we liked how clean our room and hotel was.

We found that the road noise was really loud. We were also a little disappointed in the breakfast. The coffee pot was empty and when it was refilled, it was bitter and I poured it out.
