The staff were amiable, food is delectable, the room is immaculate and the location of the hotel is perfect. I love that there's a covered parking for the hotel guests. A chance to borrow and play the guitar at no cost and having a vintage record player in the room made my stay more enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel! Perfect location in downtown Fort Collins. Nice extra touches: vinyl selection with phonograph in the room, love the free postcards.

I enjoyed my stay, a breakfast bar downstairs and location is perfect and convenient. It doesn’t offer a kettle but they did provide me with hot water. So it’s not so bad, just that I need to call for hot water everytime I want to make myself a cup of coffee.

Property as absolutely beautiful with unique accents throughout the facility. Also loved the fun feature to access numerous vinyls to play your favorite music in your room. Location to downtown was ideal. Staff was extremely helpful in recommending local restaurants.

Parking was very accessible but costly.

The only complaint I have is that our room was not tidied during our stay. Garbage not emptied, glasses left dirty and coffee not replenished. Same with our friends. Very surprised this was not done.

Gorgeous facility. Easy check-in. Comfy beds. Loved the turntables in the room and you could browse the albums around the property. We ordered in-room breakfast and it was tasty!! Those potatoes!!

Parking was $$ and my usb charger by my bed didn’t work.

We had a family emergency & needed to return home immediately, notified booking.com 24 hr ahead of reservation & was informed basically “unable to refund payment”. we will never use booking.com again!

Food and drink a bit pricey

The staff was very friendly, in particular Emily made it a very special stay for me and my family and I really appreciated it. I can’t wait to come back.

The coffee maker smelled like mold. It was pretty bad.

We arrived in the early hours and the staff were so accommodating , warm and friendly all the way through our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. While we didn't try the instruments and LPs, we did try the restaurant for brunch and it was delicious. The room was spacious and very cool with the A/C. The A/C is loud if it's on, but that's to be expected. It was easy to turn it up/down/off. The curtains did allow a little light from the patio in, but it didn't bother us as the bed was incredibly comfy! The location is excellent - a few minutes walk from plenty of shops and places to eat/drink.
