The apartment is big and has washing machine with dryer
The apartment located in very busy area without free parking spaces although it’s marked with free parking there is none. If you miss the place you need to do a long way to go back to the place. Owner has an optional parking for additional fee of 20€ per night - it could have been helpful to know that there is no free parking in advance before we ordered. There is no kettle in the apartment. The bathroom is in another floor if you sleep upstairs.

Great location, everything is nearby. The host was very friendly, the place is very well equipped and clean. We liked the fact that the apartment has two bathrooms.

Great flat close to the parks of Nervi. Also close to train station (trains to Genova and also Cinque Terre). One bedroom and a huge room with sleeping possibilities on second level (former entrance hall of the villa). 2 bathrooms. Nice host who responds really fast. Really recommendable!
Quite loud at nights due to street. So it is not possible to leave windows at night open. Also in bath rooms no possibility to open windows to get fresh air. The second "bedroom" is not separated from the main room.
But these are really the only minor issues of a great flat.

Edoardo is an excellent host who goes out of his way to accommodate his guests. The apartment is spacious, clean and newly renovated. It is in an amazing location to walk to the beach and all the stores one would need. We stayed for 8 nights and loved every minute of it. My two sons(17 and 13) walked the town freely and safely. I will stay here again the next time I’m in the area and recommend anyone to stay here! Loved every second! Thank you Edoardo!!

Location, 5 minutes walk to sea.
Design, the place was a nice mix of the original building and modern style.
Internet was fast and stable.

The location is incredible, just steps from "Parchi di Nervi" and the parking is just 2 min walk distant (you have to reserve and pay separately). The structure is brand new, mattress and pillows are super comfy.

The location is simply marvellous. It is few steps away from a scenery park leading directly to the seaside. The check-in was fast and smoothly operated by the owner. He thoroughly explained the functioning of the internet tv and cooking area.
The apartment, which has been totally renewed few months ago, is a very well balanced example of traditional Genoese residence with a modern and fashionable flair. Plenty of light and privacy regardless the fact that the apartment is on the ground floor. Both bathrooms were spotless, modern and comfortable.
