Perfect location with fantastic views of beach and water. Was able to totally disconnect, we didn’t need to drive anywhere! Great restaurants nearby and, the beach, it was absolutely perfect. Already planning next year’s trip.

Wish the AC would have worked better. Put the temp at 72-74. The coolest it ever got was 75. Had no Kleenex or napkins only two trash bags for 5 days and no salt or pepper or other condiments. And found a huge bug in the bathroom the last day.

This place is in a great location and easy to get to the beach. We had a wonderful time there. The owner has added some of the cutest touches to personalize the rental. It makes you smile. There were a couple issues that I believe they will be addressing quickly, so nothing to worry about there. The thing to watch for is that if you are going to be taking 6 grown people, there is too much furniture for you to get around the rental. We are a family of 6 with small kids and everywhere we walked, it was a one-way road. Also, if you travel with much luggage, the amount of furniture will hinder you from opening your suitcases in logical places. Out of respect, we never use the bed for opening suitcases. We had to get creative, and we only traveled with carry-on sized luggage. This didn’t necessarily hinder our travel, it is simply something to consider if you travel with significant luggage. The place could be just as effective with far less/smaller furniture/decor.

Our stay was great. The condo is decorated so cute and has everything there you would need for the week. It was very clean and cozy. I would highly recommend!

The property AS WELL AS the property manger was very accommodating. When we go back to St. Pete Beach we will certainly use this unit again. The unit was clean, updated and seconds to the beach. The property manager was very helpful in getting us set up to checking in with us during our stay. Could not have asked for a better experience.

I loved the view it was great. The only thing that wasn’t great is you had to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach. I have had two spots with skin cancer and so in order to enjoy the beach this is what I had to do since there weee not chairs available on the beach from the resort

Property is well maintained, with easy access to the beach, pool, and grassy area that is fenced in. Paradise Grille within walking distance and beach chair/umbrella rental all right outside the gated area on beach. Amenities in room were great, full kitchen and comfy areas to sleep and get rested. Balcony was where we had our breakfast and chilled out at night listening to the waves. Overall great experience and would recommend!

Nice quiet condo on beach but towards the private side . Close enough to walk to the bar side but nice to enjoy the beach without the crowd and noise

The unit we stayed in was nicely decorated, clean, and had comfortable beds. It was a perfect location right on the beach and in walking distance to stores and restaurants. I will be coming back!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay here. The property was exactly as listed and so cute inside. The beds were comfy. The AC unit doesn’t get into the rooms so at night we had to leave the bedroom doors open to get some air. They had a fan on the table in each room to help. One call out is that you receive the door code electronically, but you have to drive to the rental office a mile away from the condo to get a parking pass and keys for gates leading to the beach. This was inconvenient and we didn’t understand why we had to do this. There are drop boxes attached to the property and an office onsite so why not have the keys there? Not a huge deal, but inconvenient to add an extra step when you’ve already/about to travel all day. Overall it was still a great property, we didn’t have any issues, and would recommend.

The views were beautiful. The condo was clean. Very enjoyable.

In a Nutshell: Super clean, super nice, very well kept property, excellently furnished, nice view from balcony, rooms and bathrooms were so nice, easy access to the beach, beautiful area. *The only negative was the balcony doors would not lock, (At least we couldn't get them to) so that made us feel a little uneasy. Wasn't the end of the world, but if you were infiltrated by ninjas, they would easily be able to scale to the fourth floor and enter your room. But again, the property is great and we recommend it HIGHLY! We will be booking at this location again in the near future!

My friend and I live in FL and stacationed for a couple nights for some Vitamin Sea/Beach Therapy and had a wonderful stay. The building wasn't huge, so not a lot of ppl, and the condo was adorable and the perfect size for the 2 of us. We each had our own room the main living area was cozy. The beach was one of my favorites. Easy access and not overly crowded. Nice walking distance to some other resorts, dining, and beach bars. Highly recommend and plan on staying again. Thank you.

Great location of condo. View of beach. Owners have excellent taste in decor of unit! Easy access to restaurants, shopping. Overall experience was good with one exception that the tile floors appeared not cleaned very well. After one day, our feet bottoms were black.

The property manager (Marshall) works hard to keep the grounds and building in good condition. This time however, we paid the normal full rental price and there were a number of deficiencies:1. The Dishwasher in our unit was old and not mounted in properly. Every time the D/W door opened the unit tilted to the floor and it moved around.2. The kitchen is old, likely original, and could definitely use an update and to be better stocked and have more relatively newer items. 3. The Master Bed seemed old and was not mounted in properly (rails missing screws). It was somewhat shaky.4. The air conditioning was very sub-par. We did not get cooling air into the 2 bedrooms.5. The sliding screen doors were both broken. With the air conditioning issue, we had hoped to use the screen doors, but could not.6. There was no room internet, just building internet, which was very sub-par. The internet is NOT Secured (open access). It is not as advertised. No internet at the pool area. The internet did not work well at all, nor was it consistent in the rooms. Dead spots in rooms and balcony. We had 2 other groups staying in 2 other rooms and it was the same situation for all.7. It would be helpful to have a house phone down at the pool area, and perhaps even power outlets to plug into at the pool.8. This time, as the building was fuller with people, the pool area felt much smaller. This will become an issue as our kids get bigger.Hoping the issues can be dealt with quickly and that the other notes serve to be helpful.

Caprice #401 was not as wonderful. The air conditioning needed to be replaced. Maintenance had to come out twice. We spent 3 night without AC. Good thing it was cool enough to keep the windows open. The blankets were stinky, the shower door water strip was broke and left piles of mold on the floor, and it was in need of a paint touch up. Sorry Caprice 401, but we won't be back :-(
