Belle nouvelle construction (2018) est située au coeur du centre-ville d'Ocean City NJ. Ceci est un condo au premier étage situé dans le quartier historique sur Wesley Ave. entre 8th et 9th St. Laissez votre (vos) voiture (s) dans le garage (et l'allée) car vous n'aurez pas besoin de conduire n'importe où. Cet emplacement idéal est à distance de marche de la plage, de la promenade, du mini-golf, des toboggans aquatiques, des divertissements de Castaway Cove et de Gillian's Wonderland Pier, des restaurants, de Wawa, de Starbucks, des épiceries, du quartier commerçant d'Asbury Ave et bien plus encore. Vous aurez beaucoup de place pour toute la famille avec 6 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes. This property is wonderful for a family to enjoy. The combined living area, dining, and kitchen are spacious. The sofas in the living room were large and comfortable. We had all of our 6 grandchildren, ages 5 months-9 as well as our kids and their spouses, which made us a total of 13 guests. A real positive of this property is the front porch. It's very large and is furnished with seating as well as a large dining table. We ate almost all of our meals there. The beach and boardwalk are 2 long blocks which can be a challenge with kids. I would guesstimate about 10 minutes with our crew. The only update to the desciption that would be helpful is to mention that the bedroom with the bunkbeds is on the entry level. We had to change up our sleeping arrangements since our grandkids and parents weren't comfortable with them being on another level. Although I would think that most older kids would love being a level away from their parents :) Despite upstairs renters the house was quiet.
I think one of the outstanding aspects of renting here is the access to communication with the owners. Jay was so helpful and literally responded to my questions via email in an hour. I also called him once when we were in the house and he called back within a half hour. It really made me so comfortable staying there because I was well prepared for what I would experience and need.
We were first time guests in OC and are looking forward to coming back!

Comfortable beds, ample sleeping accommodations. Great layout, lovely spacious porchfor eating outside and relaxing . Kitchen was well appointed, Close to shops and restaurants, and ice cream. Beaches were very crowded. We ended up driving south a few blocks to have more room at the beach. The tenants above had quite heavy feet, so be aware that the house is multi tenant and there may be others living above you.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home! The house felt brand-new, was spotless and great location -- close to the beach and boardwalk.
The front porch was an added bonus. The beach chairs and equipment were also in great shape. Tons of space for our large group. Highly recommend!

We just completed a wonderful week at this house. The property comfortably housed our 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The property is well appointed with a great front covered porch. Even on days when the boardwalk heat was oppresive, the house's front porch always seemed to have a ocean breeze! The property managers were responsive and friendly. We had no issues at all with our stay and hope to stay there again. The property location is perfect. It's an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. It is 1 block away from the main shopping drag on Asbury and a slew of good restaurants. Perfect!

Took family to Ocean City to go back in time. Vacationed here every summer as a kid and lived here in the early 60's. The house was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible to all activities. We did not have problem with the house and didn't have to contact the Rojohn's for anything. Rent or bring bikes to enjoy the boardwalk in the morning and to have access to grocery store and cafes without having to drive your car. The big draw will be the front porch. We spent more time there then we did inside. Able to visit and eat at those cafes and restaurants that were there back in the 60's.
We live on the beach in South Carolina and my family and especially the grandkids want to go back. The vote was to stay in this house again when we schedule a vacation in the future.
Best time enjoyed by all and the house was a big part of that.

This house is absolutely stunning! There were 14 ladies (family and friends) spending a weekend together, and we had the most amazing time. We were all comfortable. The home is in the perfect location, just a short walk to the beach. The house was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. Our stay in this house was truly a treat! I would highly recommend this home, and would love to stay here again in the future.

The house was immaculate, the area is family and pet friendly. The house is walking distance to the board walk shops restaurants A short drive to the casinos. The outdoor patio was large it has two seating areas to just sit and relax. The environment was so peaceful. We never turned the televisions on. I recommend this VRBO. To anyone wanting a beautiful relaxing peaceful vacation.

This house is an overall great property. The owners were very responsive to all inquiries from the beginning to the end. The house is exactly as it is listed so there were no surprises. The only thing I found cumbersome was the parking. It is on a busy Main Street in downtown OC so we had to park in the back of the house, which was not clearly represented. Eventually, we figured out that you have to drive into the alley behind the house to park in the garage and driveway. Also, I thought we were the only renters of the house at the time but learned there was a third floor above us that was also rented out. The running around upstairs made for an interruptive night and morning but that's not within the owner's control and not enough to give negative reviews. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and accommodating. I would rent this property again mainly because of the location. It is walking distance to all OC has to offer.

Very comfortable and spacious. Everything you need for fun at the beach. We brought bikes. Rode the bikes on boardwalk as well as errands to stores that are close by. Played golf at twisted dunes which is a nice course.

Excellent house in great location!
I stayed with my family, my parents & friends family for the OCHalf marathon and we greatly enjoyed our vacation. The home is the perfect distance to everything in Ocean City with convenient parking.
We absolutely loved the spacious deck with lounge couch and dining table. We forgot to bring a few items such as trash bags and we were happy to find the owners provided what we needed.
The house was a perfect size for all 14 of us ranging from 70 years old to 4 months. We will definitely be looking into renting again next year.

Perfect Beach Stay
We came down for the long weekend for my bachelorette. We had 8 ladies and there was plenty of space for everyone. The property had everything we needed. It was just a quick 5 minute walk to beach and boardwalk but it honestly felt faster than that. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice beach getaway.

House was very nice with a great front porch. Walk to beach and boards were further then we anticipated and a bit difficult for little ones too old for a stroller. Wish the house was cleaner when we arrived- we needed to wipe down and vacuum everything. Owners were always very pleasant to communicate with while booking and ample beach chairs and beach passes for everyone.

Family Vacation in Ocean City, NJ
Our family had a wonderful week’s vacation in Ocean City. The rental house at 832 Wesley was perfect for our family of 14. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk (4 blocks) was ideal. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the large front porch with comfortable seating and dining areas.
Our only disappointment was the need to bring all of our own linens. Half of our family flew to Ocean City so the other half had to bring linens for everyone which made packing and laundry after we returned home quite an inconvenience for those families. All other homes we had previously rented supplied the linens.

Annual OCNJ Vacation
We stayed here for our annual week long OCNJ vacation with very close friends. We had 3 families of 4 with small children. The location to the beach and boardwalk was great and the house was a great size. Not many 6 bedrooms available in this desirable of a location. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Book Club Getaway: 11 thumbs up!
Our book club group of 11 women rented this lovely home for a long weekend and we were definitely not disappointed! The house was so clean, comfortable, completely updated and was located in the heart of OC. Close to the boardwalk, beach and the downtown. Restaurants within walking distance. We parked our cars and never left! The owner was so friendly and responsive to our questions. Our absolute favorite gathering place was on the large front porch. We enjoyed every moment of our visit and we hope to return again next year!
