Stunning property, it was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The outside pool/terrace are beautiful and overlooks the sunrise which was lovely to wake up to each morning.

This is a charming villa, beautifully decorated with stunning views. The beds are really comfortable (whereas in other villas, they have been rock-hard), and the master bedroom is huge! Lying in bed in the morning and watching the sunrise was magical. There is a well-equipped, compact kitchen, and the outside has a nice sized pool. The host was very welcoming and, as a lovely touch, had provided wine, water, and fruit on our arrival.
Owing to poor weather, we spent more time inside than usual. Fortunately, there were just the two of us. If it had been full occupancy, I think the guests would find the living space limited. For example, the sofa couldn't seat 4 comfortably.

The Villa location was perfect, only a 20-minute walk into Skala and 2 very good restaurants less than 5 minutes’ walk away.
Our host, Costas, came to meet us on arrival to ensure we had everything we needed in the Villa, he was very helpful throughout our stay.
The Villa was excellent throughout, clean, and well decorated, and the pool area was perfect. This is somewhere we will definitely visit again.

Great location, a small beach across the street. A local market is close by, in a walking distance. The villa is conveniently situated facing east direction. The terrace/pool was pleasantly warm in the morning and covered in shade for the afternoon. A/C worked well. There were plenty of dishes so there were always spare dishes to use when the dishwasher was running.
Light on the stairs was turning off automatically too quickly. It went off when one was in the middle of the stairs. It could last for few seconds more.

Absolutely stunning villa, can’t recommend this place enough. Everything looks and feels luxurious, new and modern. Lovely quiet cove beach across the road with crystal clear water and fish. Can’t wait to return next year. If you’re thinking of booking just do it you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful modern villa with everything there. Lovely view of the sea and the surrounding bays. Loved the air con on those very hot nights. Close enough to everything but also nice a quiet. Lovely swimming cove across the road, one of our fav’s. Listen carefully and you can hear the bells of the goats in the hills! Costas was very helpful and easy to contact with any questions. Organised our transfers and for some groceries to be there on our late arrival.

The location of the villa is great. short walk to a small beach and close to the village (when having a car). The view is stunning so is the master bedroom. I can not recall having a bigger one than this ever (and not to mention the view…). The beds where comfy and the showers great. All high quality. Costas is an excellent host. He’s there when you need him. In our case we had a small problem with a shower and he managed to fix it within 30 mins. Big thumbs up for him and the team (not to mention his perfect English which makes communicating easy)
We especially liked the small beach/cove near the house for an early morning swim. Being alone there makes it special.
Can certainly recommend this villa!
Minor thing: the master bedroom had a stunning terras. I would have put some sun loungers or chairs there. Now we did not use it
