Easy renting procedure and overall satisfactory communication with host.

Let us begin by Thanking Karen for providing the Christmas tree, it was unexpected and such a sweet surprise. We planned our friend/ family gathering of 29 to simply get together for the holiday. The house met the needs of EVERYONE! The Floorplan, the table settings and cook ware were all accommodating for such a large group. The only thing we ran out of was time! Such a beautiful home and comfortable place to be!

We stayed at this location in early December. We had a group of 20. This house was a great size. We had plenty of room and living space to spread out. The bedrooms were big. Everything was very clean. We had a decent view of the Lake from the big front windows. Two negatives (which didn’t have ANYTHING to do with the house) were: 1. There is a Dollar General close by but not a lot else. The one pizza place we were gonna order from wasn’t open during the evening. That was a bummer. 2. It was a lot further from Branson than we realized. The roads to get there are decently curvy and two lane. I’m glad we didn’t have any poor weather because it would have made for a rough drive.

We plan an annual trip with friends every year, and until now, we go to a new place each year. Going forward, I can almost guarantee that we will return here again. Our stay was amazing. Great home, welcoming and attentive host, beautiful area. We loved our stay, and would recommend it to anyone.

so impressed how clean the house was. It had all the amenities you would need. Kitchen has all the gadgets, silverwar, pots, pans, etc. The coffee maker was unusually flexible. It can be set to use your Keurig pods or it can do drip grind a 12 cup decanter with regular coffee. Karen is very responsive to issues that may come up. We had two minor ones that she resolved right away. The setting is great. You can literally walk to Baxter marina in 4 minutes where you can rent pontoon boats. By the way, they are great people at Baxter too! We had a great 4 night stay with 16 of us from 8 to 71 years of age.

Overall, we all enjoyed our stay. Most everything that we needed was provided. Disappointed that there wasnt more yard available for kids to play games. We were reasonably close to most activities we chose to do. Swimming pool was perfect for the kids. Would of liked some hooks in each bathroom for towels. Appliances all worked great and fridge and freezer storage very adequate for our family. A great place to stay with plenty of space to spread out for our family.

We had a great time, house was nice and clean. Only problem was that the was coming out yellowish on the first two days.

My family had a great time. We even enjoyed our neighbors, and the children played a bit of football together. The Internet wasn't the greatest, and we weren't able to watch television on the many TVs, but aside from missing the football games, that was OK. I missed that this was a community of several duplicate rentals. Perhaps a property map would be useful for the renters to select from the available options. In any case, we enjoyed being able to gather in one property with plenty of beds. We also enjoyed going hiking and visiting the sites in nearby Branson. Two washing machines and kitchens were very convenient as well.

It was a very nice place, the only issue we had was that the outdoor fireplace didn't work and didn't have a gas grill

We spent a week at this house, for the second year. There are a number of eating areas and large gathering rooms. It fit us perfectly. We had no issues. We have already booked it for 2022.

Property was amazing! We rented a slip at the marina and a couple golf carts to get back and forth. Kids loved the pool. The house was super clean and huge!!! Bummed that it is already rented next year for the week we visit.

The house worked great for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay! I would recommend a larger nicer playground for kids, the glider needs fixing. Having a lawn to play on in the back of the house would of been nice, it’s just weeds and gravel back there. Pool was clean! We had a great family vacation stay here! Loved being near table rock lake and the view from the house was so nice!

The cleaners need to move the couches and clean the floor under them.

Very nice house. Loved patio. Plenty of space for large group. Karen answered each time I called and she was very pleasant. My only suggestions would be closer trash bin and a better bbq grill. The grill was pretty small kind of like the ones in parks. But overall my family raved about the house and it’s location. Hopefully when we come back it won’t rain and we can finally get to fish.

This place was amazing, and the host was amazing as well thank you!

We just came back from a great 3-day family reunion. There was a snow storm with freezing temperatures during our stay, and we liked it! The beauty of this place is undescribable! The house was warm and cozy, plenty of space for everyone. Large deck with incredible view. The room with bunk beds was the best! Kitchen had everything we needed for such a large gathering! Plenty of towels and soap in all bathrooms, we never ran out of trash bags, dishwasher packs, etc. Came back with lots of cool pictures and best memories!

This property was booked for 20 individuals; 4 family households. The space provided was so awesome, warming and welcoming that everyone from the youngest to the oldest EACH loved EVERYTHING about this home! Literally the only downsides were the hills and curves driving up to the home and the fact that there was no iron available. Oh, and there were huge gnats around the home (inside and out), but the beauty of the home itself and the comfort it provides inside and out outweighs those few mishaps (not really mishaps, but you get the drift). The kiddos that traveled here truly enjoyed the home and wanted to stay there the entire time as opposed to outside of the home activities. Both kitchens were accommodating, seating and sleeping arrangements were plentiful (so spacious) AND outside play for the kiddos/enjoyment for the adults was astounding!!!! The outdoor fireplace, seating, play space for the kids...EVERYTHING about this home, just EVERYTHING, is Awesome!!!! We visited an indoor water park and an amusement park and the drives were a bit lengthy (even to Walmart), but again, the home was so marvelous, that getting back to it, made everything else more than worth our while! Mrs. Karen was amazing! I bugged her from the time we booked and a few times while there, but she never complained and was always available as needed. This home is AWESOME!!!

We loved it it was very relaxing and cozy my family loved it so much they didn’t want to leave!

We had a fabulous week with our extended family. The house was beautiful, spacious and very well appointed. The setup worked very well for our large group. Our only complaint was there wasn’t a gas grill. I would recommend this home if you have a large group.

10 adults and 13 kids ages 11 and under in our group. Plenty of sleeping room and the great room/ kitchen was perfect for us. We used the deck often. Short walk to dock, pool and swimming beach. Kitchen nicely furnished. Property manager was extremely helpful. We’ve already booked for next year

This was a wonderful place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our 3 children and 5 grandchildren! The accommodations are wonderful..Besides the large Master suite there are four more Kings with their own baths plus another queen and the bunk room! It is very well stocked too with everything you might need in the kitchen with the bonus of extra kitchen downstairs. It came in handy for a few of the big meals that I had prepared ahead. We enjoyed the beautiful large deck and the swimming pool was right out our front door!. I took a star off for location because it is a about a 40 minute drive in to Branson but we did not plan on spending a lot of time there anyway. Plenty of places within 5-10 minutes to get groceries. Noticed other large families enjoying the other homes that looked to be just like this one and they had very small children! Overall a great place for any family! Do recommend making arrangements for pontoons at Baxter marina across the street in advance because they book up fast! Beautiful Dogwood Canyon is close but we could not get tickets for the tram or segues because they were booked up as well but still had a great day just walking through!

This was a great place for our large group. Just a short walk to the marina for boating and fishing. Fun was had by all !

Everything as advertised. GREAT house for large group!

It was a great place for a large gathering with plenty of space to hang out and just relax.

The cleaning ladies were still working when we arrived and so we weren't able to check-in until about 4:30pm. Not a huge deal. Internet never worked until the last day and even then it was spotty at best. Other than that, the house was great, and everyone had a great time.

The internet connection was extremely slow.
