Loved that it was so close to Silver Dollar City! The room was nice and big. The breakfast was pretty good though not the whole massive breakfast you think. Just a few hot items which I understand if you don’t have massive amounts of people staying. The pool was great, my kids loved it. The patio off the room was nice for natural light and if it hadn’t been raining we probably would have been outside. I loved that there were Keurig machines available with pretty good coffee selections. The room had its own coffee maker but ya know it tastes exactly how it looks. Overall it was a great stay and we would probably stay here again if we come back!

There was a game room that could have been a lot better. Half of the game machines didn’t even work so we played the same games over and over. My kids are still smaller so it wasn’t a huge deal but could have been fantastic if they all worked. We got the room with the sofa bed and that was just gross. It was super thin which I know is a sofa bed but the sofa was gross and then we pulled out the bed and I happened to lift up the mattress and there was a huge black mold spot or something.. yikes. We used the sheets and blankets over the mattress obviously but grossed me out a little. The hot tub jets didn’t work, it was still a great temperature but with the jets not running you could see that it needed to be cleaned.

The shower had spider webs in the corner and hanging down. Cleaners should look up and check for cobwebs

first night there the heat went out for the pool and hot tub, which was the reason we chose that hotel.

Breakfast was good especially for being included. Staff was so helpful. Hotel was updated and contemporary. Beds were comfortable and loved having extra pillows. My child loved indoor pool and arcade. It's not that the arcade had a ton of games, but after going non-stop on the strip in Branson it was a nice downtime area before bed.

The pool could have been warmer.

My only complaint was a maid walking in while my family was changing in the morning. They did not knock and we weren’t aware they’d be coming because we were told maid service was by request only.

clean rooms, comfy beds, great breakfast with lots of choices, spacious dining area, nice game room, large pool, great location for us since we were going to silver dollar city. Best if all the staff was super friendly and would go above and beyond to make sure your stay was perfect.

baby pool didn't have water in it. they no longer have a shuttle to silver dollar city.

The game room was nice but it was really hot, didn't utilize the pool. Drink Mach and ice was close by.

The A/C in the rm didn't work well , wouldn't turn on when I lowered the temp. Was uncomfortable to sleep.

they was food in the fridge raider left over from previous guest there was also clothes left in the drawers from previous guest. we have stayed at this location dozen times and we found out they no longer have the shuttle bus to Silver dollar city.
