Family of 5 stayed for SB2024. Beautiful place. Amazing ocean view. La estancia met all our expectations. The condo had all amenities. Host responsive to questions and helpful in planning transportation and excursions. Our first time to Cabo San Lucas. We will definitely be back to this place.

Our host, Oscar, was fantastic. We arrived to home-made Guac, salsa and Margaritas! Views were awesome, and the service was fantastic. A wonderfuly experience at a reasonable price. Oscar was there to see us off and ensure everything went well.

The property is in a great location. Just outside of the craziness of downtown Cabo. We took a slow walk on the beach and was at the harbor in a half hour. The unit location was perfect as well. Huge rooms, bathrooms, and balcony the connected to each room. The view was amazing! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. This is where I will stay when I return to Cabo.

Joanna was so helpful and really added to our trip. The place we stayed in was so nice that we really didn't ever leave. The patio was the best to sit out on and relax. I would for sure come back to this place, especially if I had lovely Joanna's assistance again. Thanks for making this such a great getaway.

So impressed with the welcome margaritas and guacamole that was made for us in our room Upon arrival. unit was pristine and everything I expected. Remembering this property they had a beautiful beach only wishing I had known there is no beach there now.

Walking distance from downtown Cabo, a short drive to other places of note. A beautiful view of the ocean & the cape. Gym on-site, restaurants on-site. Two sister resorts whose restaurants & spa we could visit. A convenience store on the property. Air conditioning, a beautiful living area, kitchen and rooms. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better way to spend our honeymoon.

We did have some issues, the three sliding glass doors did not lock as the locks were broken. The bedroom door looked as if it was broken into as well. The dryer ended up not working most of the time and then the knob broke off and did not work at all. Had to have maintenance fix the safe so it would work. These problems were important do to our safety concerns. The sliding glass doors were not fixed while we were there.

The location and proximity to the pool and beach are nice. The resort has good food options onsite and lots to do very near. The condo itself needs a little updating, a fresh coat of paint, new furnishings, etc. It is not horrible but could use some TLC and investment into the property.

Always incredible! Take advantage of the transportation to and from.. we opted out of maid service but they were still available as needed. The "letmedoit" was wonderful.. They assisted with dinner reservations and some grocery shopping! Everything about the check in and out process is easy. Always a wonderful experience!!

The place needs a lot of love. While located perfectly with a great view, the cleanliness was non existent. Sheets and towels appeared to be clean, but the walls, floors, counters, etc. looked like they hadent seen a mop or damp rag in a bit.

Amazing location with views!
Our stay at Villa La Estancia was spectacular and the views from our villa were breathtaking. The villa was the perfect size for our group of six adults and had all the basic amenities needed. The resort grounds were perfectly maintained and all staff were so kind and always willing to help when needed. I would recommend Villa La Estancia if you want beautiful views, staff who go above and beyond, and food that is amazing. Definitely a 5 star stay!!

Would recommend this unit to anyone wanting oceanfront property. The waves crashing about 40 yards away from us were wonderful!

Perfect stay
This property was beautiful, perfect location, clean and roomy. It met all of our expectations and more. Oscar was great, he taught us how to make a piña colada using fresh ingredients. Can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful place with gorgeous view. And heated pool!!
Our family had a very nice time during our long weekend get away! The unit we stayed in was very nice. Beds were comfortable and sheets/linens were cozy! A fabulous view of the ocean and the pool which was heated to around 90 degrees! Perfect swimming temperature as the breeze was chilly! This made our vacation even better. No one wants to go somewhere where the pool water is too cold to swim in! The resort didn't seem over crowded due to Holy Week. And we didn't find delays in our service. The unit did have a few things to go on the fix-it list. The dryer didn't work because it needs a new dial to turn it on. However, staff was very accommodating as they took our laundry and washed and dried it for us! Also the cold water handle on the bathtub did work and needs replacing along with a light bulb in a bathroom. All minor things we worked around! Overall it was a lovely place and I would recommend it highly! We also hired the round-trip driver from airport to resort, then back to airport. Well worth the money! Very prompt and friendly!

Amazing place
Incredible oceanfront location and view. Pool was amazing. The service was exceptional and the grounds are immaculate (every morning a large team of workers cleans everything, including disinfecting everything including railings/banisters). Inside our place everything was great - beds comfortable, everything clean and well kept, furniture was nice. A couple minor nits: need a few more plates/bowls (only 6 plates and 2 bowls), the grill starter doesn't seem to work, and a few lamps need lightbulbs.

We loved staying here! Very clean, the staff was attentive, and plenty of amenities. Only concern is that lots of Uber drivers were wary of picking up here because they often get fined, but it still worked out. We’d stay here again.

Five Star Fantastic!!!
My husband and I were traveling to Cabo with family for Spring Break. We rented this beautiful 2 bedroom unit at Villa La Estancia because it was spacious and had a great view of the ocean. Not only was the 2200 sq. ft. Unit amazing but so was the location - We couldn’t have had a better view of Land’s End and El Arco. It was the perfect setting. The resort has a great pool, friendly staff and really delicious food! This was our first trip to Cabo and we will definitely return !!

Awesome views and great location
Everything we expected and more, We have stayed at the Villa La Estancia in the past although never in this unit. We picked this unit since it was closest to the ocean and it was definitely a great choice. The views of the ocean, beach, and pool were incredible. We loved the unit and everything was great from the welcome margaritas and chips and guacamole to our last day we had a blast.

Beautiful location
Views are breathtaking! Villa #1201A was fully equipped. The beds in this particular villa were the softest beds ever slept in! There is a mini mart across the way were you can buy a couple of items if needed. Food on sister properties was good, but pricey. The resort itself is very reserved. No music at pool (must use earbuds) and everything is shutdown by 9pm. Nice for families and for those that are looking for peace and quiet. Would stay again if traveling with family.

Fantastic Location - great condo
Had an amazing stay - the condo was very spacious and had fantastic views of the beach, pool and ocean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'd need as well as some additional items left in the fridge which is always helpful. Outside balcony was amazing and very large. The owner and the property management team were very helpful.
