The best was the room and the location, very comfortable and nice. Also the proprietary was really friendly always looking for our comfort.

Really had a peaceful and awesome stay at Yas place. The host is so helpful with our needs.

Yas is a very helpful host, helped us to book tours and shuttle to and from the airport. The place is calm and great considering the price you pay.

The street can get a little bit flooded and the roof can be very loud in hard rainy days.

Very stylish, comfortable place that immediately felt like home, with some nice touches such as a real couch. It's nicely tucked away from the noisy town centre but still only a short walk from the action. Yas and his partner we're lovely, friendly and helpful.

When you only have half a bowel (thanks, cancer!) and frequent the toilet more than most, it's a little disturbing to use an en-suite that is separated from the bedroom (and therefore the long-suffering nasal passages of your wife) by a wall that doesn't reach the ceiling. But apart from that little discomfort, and the family dogs waking us up several times a night with their war on the passing foot traffic, the place was a great find.

These villas are great for what you pay for. The rooms are nicely air conditioned, spacious and well decorated. The bed is comfortable and wide too. The bathroom area was fine, with good working shower with hot water and spacious enough. The location was pretty good, about a 6-7 minute walk to Tourism Road. Friendly dogs roaming about. Excellent choice overall.

Don't expect the comfort level to be too high for what you're paying. The floor does get sandy and it did feel slightly dirty. Bugs come in and out of the room (mosquito's, ants and geckos). The road that the villas on is rough and when it rains, is super muddy and sludgy making it uncomfortable to walk on. It can be a bit hard for tricycle drivers to find so just tell them 'Paglaom Hostel', which is right across the villas. Speaking of Paglaom Hostel, sometimes the guests from the hostel made quite a lot of noise. Just be wary of that.
