I didn’t feel comfortable being there with my baby and my baby crawling on the floor the floor was not vacuumed the kitchen was not swept had food on the floor the kitchen sink was nasty food was inside the sink the water took forever to go down the microwave was nasty food was in there and stuck to the glass plate

convenient, easy to find, loved the disabled person room. My disabled child was able to shower comfortably.

They could not give me a receipt for my charges. Said it was because I booked through Bookings.com and they would be sending me a receipt. I did not pay Bookings.com for my stay. It was charged by the hotel and I still have no receipt.

it comes with kitchenette but you have to purchase any and all cooking utensils! Booooooooo!!!!! Also the don’t have ice machine. You have to wait for the ice maker in the room to make ice which takes a while of course. Boooooooo!

We were delighted to find a place as nice as this that accepted pets. Usually we have to resort to staying in crappy hotels in sketchy areas if we travel with our pup. This property is located in an upscale area of Overland Park, right next to one of the nicest soccer/baseball complexes in the nation. I was extremely impressed with how clean and spacious our room was. The property seemed fairly new and smelled nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Loved the water pressure in the shower! There was a nice sports bar (Coaches) and a great coffee place (Scooters) were across the parking lot, and several other eating establishments within easy walking distance.

At this price, I would have expected breakfast to be included. The sound insulation between rooms wasn't great. We could hear everything the people in the next room were doing pretty clearly - including them brushing their teeth.

We were disappointed that there was no breakfast as most other motels offer. The sink counter in the bathroom is much to small.

Cleanliness was top tier. Room amenities were nice. Free parking. Location was great. Full refrigerator with freezer. Microwave. Stove top.

No towel service at the door. Had to bring towels to the front desk. Walls very thin, could hear everything going on outside of our room.

it was beautiful and comfortable and convenient. we appreciated being able to have our grandson with us.
