The view and apartment was amazing .

Location is between Frankton and Queenstown, great location with great views.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Bathrooms were gorgeous and water pressure is amazing.
Host had the house heated for our arrival which was very thoughtful of them.
Would probably not recommend for the elderly or disabled, as it is a 2-storey house (quite a few flights of stairs).

Excellent view. Absolutely clean and tidy place. Very well equipped. Couldn't have ask for better then this.
To be honest there wasn't anything that we were disappointed during our stay.

Not much. Washer and dryer too close to the main bedroom (noisy if you do your washing and drying at night).

The location is fantastic! You would never want to leave with that beautiful view. Our stay was memorable, we loved this place so much!
Only problem we had was the broken hair dryer in the other bathroom and the low wifi coverage upstairs but it was not a big problem. We still had a great and enjoyable stay.

cleaning could be a little better , lounge chair was dirty and a large sticky brown mark on carpet that could hove been cleaned with hot soapy water. otherwise it was good .

Loved every bit of our stay during my birthday weekend with 4 of my besties! Ivan was very helpful! The view was insane and the apartment was extremely spacious and warm! We took a lot of cute pics for the gram of course :)

It was so good arriving to a nice warm house. We were so thankful for the thoughtfulness of having the heat going when we arrived. We had arrived late after a day out and it was a treat to come to and look out to the beautiful night lights over Lake Whakatipu.
Ivan was a great host checking in the best day that all was well.
The facilities were great and we were really happy to stay there and enjoy the beautiful scenery it looked out to of the Remarkables and surrounding mountains. Stunning location and views.

Lovely warm comfortable home with fabulous views of lake and mountains. Well kitted out with everything we needed for our stay. Host was very hospitable checking in to make sure all was good and if we needed anything.
Had some issues with TV connection this property could really benefit from having a smart TV.
Bookings.com system failed to send through arrival instructions for property access and took multiple attempts via email and phone to get the details which was a little frustrating before arrival ( more of a systematic error than a property issue I think)

Amazing views! Great location to town, stores, airport. Spacious, comfortable.
Pretty hot (A/C on second floor or bug screens to open windows). More vacuuming needed. Additional supplies for longer stays.
